Tatiana POV

My alarm going off, "Baby" I groan tiredly, "baby" I call out, fluttering my eyes, furrowing my brows realizing the bed is empty. Slowly getting up, grabbing my phone off the bedside, pressing the STOP button. Sighing I notice the note on the bed.
Gattina I'm sorry I couldn't stay. It was urgent, I will make it up to you.
I love you

Tiredly sighing before making my way out of bed. Feeling my toe step on some thick moisture. Looking down, my brows furrow at the red liquid. Reaching down my folds, nothing. Noticing the blood spots around the duvets. Making my way to the bathroom, the spots around the floor.....
