Joon realized this and felt bad for his mother so he started dancing on the streets for money, however, his mom didn't approve as she didn't see pursuing a career in music to be a "real job". Despite this, Joon kept dancing to support himself behind his mom's back and eventually, it worked out in his favor as he was able to start training under a company, not caring what his mom wanted.
Personality: Despite his rough past, Joon is always smiling and staying positive, trying to make others do the same.
