Background: Alex grew up in a home where she was always told she was a disappointment by her family and that she was a mistake. From a young age she was always by herself and called weird for struggling to make friends. When she was 14 she began self harming after being disowned by her family due to her coming out. Her grandparents in Daegu took her in and tried helping her in anyway they could. They were 100% supportive of her but nothing could change her mind about her outlets. By the time she was 18 she had three failed attempts and her grandparents would do everything to make sure she was loved after each time she got home from the hospital. When they suggest she use music as an outlet it helped somewhat as a distraction but it could never get rid of all her thoughts. When her grandparents passed away in December 2018 her depression and anxiety got worse which made her have to stay at one of her only friends spare bedroom so she wouldn't do anything stupid.
Personality: Alex is a very reserved person and hates being the center of attention, she'd rather be in the background and watch people than interact with others. She struggles to let people in and help her as her parents engraved it into her mind that she was a mistake, so the thought of letting people in gives her anxiety attacks. Is sensitive to criticism and once it gets too much she turns to the one thing she can rely on, her knife.
