The Backstory of a Broken Hero...

Early Adventures Pt.1

After being transported to the Naruto Universe, Ezra stayed until another massive portal spawned in the sky. Using it as a way to get back home (This is around the end of Shonen Jump). The portal did lead him back to the "Real World", however, this did not take him back to where the first portal appeared. Instead, this one transported him near a once former redacted government facility. Before Ezra could figure out where he had ended up, he was shot down and taken in to be tampered with and experimented on.

They couldn't risk having someone knowing one their locations. This group was a government classified project gone rogue (Name is still being worked on). They proceeded to test, experiment, and torture him on a interstellar Starship hundreds light years away from Earth. Long before capturing Ezra, they were aware of these portals and were eventually able to successfully harness a one, using it to transport important necessities to and from Earth (Food, more equipment, etc).

After 5 years of trying to escape and failing numerous times. Ezra unintentionally used his unaware/unawakened psychic powers to make the ship crash into a passing planet. This resulted in killing pretty much everyone on board and nearly killing himself as well.

Around 3 weeks later, 2 passing by xenomorphs (One was a Queen and the other was a regular solider) encountered the massive wreckage and decided to check out if there was any survivors (The xenomorphs on this planet had an intellect that could rival that of a human and the xenomorphs have observed them enough to understand their language). The xenomorphs were well aware of this group and stayed away from them whenever possible. While exploring the ship, they found a barely alive human that was chained to the wall and hanging there. They noticed that he was badly scarred and bruised, they knew what had happened to him and decided to take him in and shelter him for the time being. After a good 3-4 years had gone by fighting the rogue government and making more friends along the way, Ezra had gone back to the wreckage and found the portal that was still, surprisingly, active and decently stable. Ezra said that he was going to head back to Earth and find these other facilities and destroy them for good. Though the xenomorphs he had made a good friends with didn't want him to go, they understood he going to do and decided to not hold him back. Ezra jumped through the portal, which destabilized just after he jumped in and collapsed on itself.

Since the portal destabilized while Ezra was still traveling through it, he ended up in another universe that was also not his own. Tyler has now ended up in the Monster Hunter Universe.
