CHAPTER 13: Me And You

"Whatever you faggot!" Bua rolled her eyes cursing the man infront of her. "Go away!"

Bua's heart was full of jealousy and anger that she can't control herself anymore. She shooed Saint away like an animal.

"I hate you! You faggot!"

SAINT POV

Bua was really angry at me. She gathered all her strength and pushed me once again. Even im also mad at her but im not strong enough to hurt a girl.

I was about to fall on the ground but luckily, someone catches me on time and i didn't fall anymore. I felt a strong hands grabbed my waist and pulled me up. I ended up wrapping my arms around that person's neck because im afraid to fall again. That person's hands are on my waist supporting me. My eyes widen seeing that person's face. I knew him!

"Perth...."

I mumbled calling that person's name under my breath and suddenly, i felt an urge to cry seeing his face close to mine. Its just... i suddenly wants to be pampered by him. Im feeling emotional right now.

"Perth..." I called his name once again and threw myself in his warm embrace. I missed him.

"Perth... thank you... you save me... again." I can't stop my tears and cried on his shoulder. Perth hugged me tightly.

"What happened again, Saint?"

Perth frowned not because he was mad at me but because he is worried. His voice was very gentle and it soothes my heart. But i don't know why it makes me want to cry more.

Perth breathed deeply rubbing my back to comfort me. He pampered me like a baby.

"Stop crying na, Saint. Im here to protect you." Perth whispered softly on my ear. I nod my head many times burrying my face on his shoulder and cried silently. I felt safe whenever Perth is with me so im relieved now.

Bua rolled her eyes watching us in silence. She was also surprised when Perth suddenly appeared and saved me. But she can't do anything to hurt me now because Perth was already here.

"Do you love him that much huh? You loved me more than that before."

Bua's desperate words can be heard again. She really won't stop until she didn't get what she want. She will do everything to get Perth back. But no, i won't let her to do that. Im okay even she hurt me everytime as long as Perth is mine. Perth is only mine.

"YOU..." Im startled. I can feel Perth's anger from that simple word. His tone is not high nor shouting but the firmness of his voice was enough to make me scared. I hugged him tightly like a little kid like i was scared to be scolded by my mother.

"This is the last day that i will see you hurting my Saint." Perth warned her. "This is the last day that i will hear you shouting, cursing and talk bad words to him."

That words made me stop crying. Those words looks so real! My heart moved, im so touched.

"But Perth-"

"NO!" Perth shouts at her. "You listen to me Bua!"

Perth took a deep breath staring sharply to his ex-lover. Bua was scared and she starts to cry.

"B-but Perth.... I... I still love y-you..." She trembled in fear and almost can't talk properly. But seems like Perth really didn't care.

Perth sighed.

"How many times do i need to tell you that i don't love you anymore? How many times do i need to reject you so you accept the reality of life and move on? You can't get anything from me! And you can't fool me again."
