JULY CASSIAN was strong. A lot of that was owed to the people she had lost to death. Julys father had been a part of the Arks council since before July was born, so when Lyla and Duncan Cassian found out they were having a beautiful baby girl and baby boy, Duncan Cassian took his job to his advantage. since it's against the law to have more then one child he struck a deal with the chancellor. . . Duncan cassian sacrificed himself willingly so that his two children could have one parent instead of none. but when push came to shove, eventually Lyla Cassian was left with the choice of sending either her son or daughter into the skybox until their eighteenth birthday when the ark would eventually have to choose whether float said child or let them live.
