—AU plots.

Alternate universe my favorite type of roleplaying tbh. Dito kasi, mas hawak mo yung 'world', you can control the events and the other characters and you can involve everyone. Plus, you'll challenge yourself.

AU doesn't have that much rules. As long as you don't break the fourth wall, you're fine. Pwede mong pagawain ng kung ano-anong kalokohan yung character mo, and everyone would be fine with that.

YOU CAN DO ANYTHING WITH AU. I already posted about the different worlds and that pretty much covers most of it. In AU, you're inner writer would be explored because you have to think about the ideas, plot thenstory, and find a way to make your readers engage in your plot.

You could also do collabs! Pwede ka maghanao ng other AU ports, and then you can decide kung ano yung pwede nyong gawin, how you'll execute the plot and all that.

📌Where to get ideas?

You can get inspiration from your plot anywhere. Literally anywhere.

You want to showcase how she'll live a normal life? Create a student!au.

Wanted to make a story about a shapeshifting cat? Make her an au where you'll explore her life as an animal as well

You're interested in dark themes/child-of-the-night stories? Make her a vampire.

Your favorite idol as an empress? Build a kingdom!au.

📌I don't know what plot to do. Help!

It's always so much better to do a plot off the top of your head. But I get it, lack of inspiration happens. In that case, feel free to look for prompts off our trusty friend, the internet.

No one would judge you, dude, lahat tayo nakakaexperience ng katamaran at kawalan ng inspirasyon. It's not bad to get them off the internet AS LONG AS it says so on the site, and you'll credit the original owner on your first post or make a disclaimer. If you didn't do any of that, oh we'll judge you. We'll judge you real hard.

📌I want to insert graphics for my posts, but I can't find a pic that would fit the theme.

Attaching picture to posts was proven to get more interactions than other posts with no graphics. But in the sense of AU's, it's usually harder for us.

First, most of our plots don't coincide with the style/concept of our ports. Second, just where will you get a bloody/gore picture of your idol?

Provided that some fanart accounts does that, please always give proper credits to them. BUT you can also do it for your self.

When I became an AU rp, my editing skills went up with me. Even just a simple face swap edit would do you good, I swear. Malayo na mararating mo dyan.

There are multiple sites/videos offering tutorials on how to properly do a seamless face swap, photomanip and such. You can also pm me and I'll be glad to help you as long as I can :))
