Indepth: In Character

In Character roleplaying speaks for itself.  You act as your port, basically. You post things in his/her perspective. Interact with people you think she may interact with, ganun. But there are also different types of  IC roleplayers.

TYPES OF IC RPs:

—STRICTLY IN CHARACTER

These are the types of people who sticts to their character in the truest sense. They don't interact with other roleplayer whose ports doesn't interact with hers. Ang laging kainteract lang nya ay yung mga kagrupo nya (if he/she has a group), kalabel mate, and those who rps whose port is really friends with hers. 

Most of their pictures are straight off the official accounts of their ports, at kung hindi naman, random tumblr/pinterest pictures. When their port updates, naguupdate rin sila ng either 

a.) gayang-gaya yung caption, or dinadagdagan ng ibang details

e.g.: TWICE Nayeon posted a photo in instagram with the caption "We're doing something for our once."

Nami, a Nayeon RP, will post the same pic with the caption "Just finished filming something with the girls, please wait for it our once~"

(Nami paraphrased the caption, but still stick to the main idea: Nayeon filming with her members.)

b.) using the photos but inserting their own plot in it

e.g.: BLACKPINK Jennie uploaded a photo in her instagram story with a text: "Having dinner with two beautiful girls"

Ruby Jane, a Jennie RP, would then reupload the same photo (or even add a photo manip with it) and captioned it with "Thanks for the dinner, my two lovely unnis. Till next time! @imnayeon @renebaebae  <3"

(Ruby Jane grabbed the same photo that Jennie uploaded, but incorporated it into her plot wherein Jennie interacted with Nayeon and Irene, whom she already interacted with publicly, even when they're not included in the original post. This culd be a part of their plot wherein all the third gen big 3 girl group members are interacting with each other always.)

—FRIENDLY IN CHARACTER

These are the types of characters that interacts with everyone, mostly their co-IC roleplayers. Sila yung nakikipaginteract sa ibang idol even if in real life, their port never interacted with that rp's port. 

e.g.: Krystal posted a photo.

Nami (Nayeon RP): Wah unnie you look so cool!

Ruby Jane (Jennie RP): Take me there soon!

Kairon (Kai RP): I love that place!
