Ignoring the light pink rising to my cheeks, I grab the clothes I'm wearing today and stormed out.
I'm wearing a blue tube top with high waisted shorts with a pair of Converses. I grabbed my backpack, took the money my mom had bribed me with, then my keys, and left.

I got into the very large school, looking around to see if there were any people to help me before I got lost.
Walking with the schedule in my right hand, attempting to find my way to class. Unfortunately, from the empty halls, I believe class had already started.
I let out a sigh of relief when I saw a girl going to the bathroom. I quickly approached her,
"Hi! I'm Bella! Could you mind helping me find the classroom.. 251?"
She gave me a smile before leading the way to room 251. I had apologized for stopping her trip to the bathroom, but she said it was okay.
The classroom was filled with different faces, most looking at me as soon as I stepped in. I sat in the back of the class where there were two empty seats to the right of where Riley sat, my new girl friend.
"Okay, let's begin on page 106." The teacher started.
Someone came in, wanting to take the seat that was next to me, but was stopped by another voice that quickly caught everyone's attention.
"Move." He pushed past the person who wanted to sit next to me, deep and coldly, and made his way next to me, everyone's eyes on him and I, nobody saying a word.
mentally stabbing myself rn
He had fresh purple bruises on his face.
was it from a fight?
Remember what he did, Bella.
Ignore, ignore, ignore.
i know you wanna ask...
My objective was to avoid him and yet he's sitting right next to me. I have nothing to say to that dickhead.
but you want to know why he has those bruises
you love being nosey, bella.
"What happened to your face?" I whispered to Alex as the teacher was speaking.
He looked at me, then looked back at the textbook.
"What happened to your face?" I repeated.
If I'm correct, I'm sure he can hear.
"Fuck off."
"Excuse me?"
