TENSION (sexual): PART II.

noun

a social phenomenon that occurs when two individuals interact and one or both feel sexual desire.

"Do you have feelings for him?" Riley asked.

I was currently at Riley's house, in her bedroom. I was laying on her bed, playing with a ball while she sat on the chair of her vanity.

"No. I just had this weird feeling that made me get turned on yesterday. That doesn't mean I have feelings for him. I can barely tolerate that asshole." I replied.

"If you say so," Riley rolled her chair around to face her mirror.

"Don't do that," I sat up. "What are you not telling me?"

"I'm just saying, I think there's something going on between you two. But that's just me." She shrugged.

"There's nothing going on. We only slept together on–"

"WHAT!" She hollered, spinning her chair around to face me.

"That wasn't supposed to come out." I sighed.

"YOU GUYS SLEPT TOGETHER? HOW WAS THE DICK? WAS IT B–"

"Calm down! Not sleep together as in fucking, I actually mean sleeping together. We were two people sleeping in one bed. It's all we did." I responded, refreshing my memory of Alex andmeI cuddled up in my bed.

"No touching, no kisses, none of that?" She raised her eyebrow.

"You must take me for a fool. You had to have kissed ONCE."

"Nope. I mean, just a kiss on the cheek but nothing big."

"WHAT?" She yelled in shock once more.

"I'm done with this conversation. This is never to be brought up again."

"You want him so bad don't you?" She wiggled her eyebrows.

"I do not want him. He even said to himself he doesn't want me." I responded, vividly recalling the conversation we had in the car with the boys.

"You can never be so sure," She replied, getting up and walking to her closet.

I decided to lie down and allow myself to sink in my thoughts.

I don't know much about Alex.

I don't know who he is, truly.

I don't think he'll allow me to know. He's so mysterious.

He's like a locked door; The only thing is that the key is deep in a sewer, nowhere to be found.

'He's such an ass too,' I scoffed out loud.

"You know what we need to do?" Riley poked her head out of her walk-in closet.

"We need to go to the club!" She walked out with a dress in each hand.

"You know what - I second that. Let's do it."
