I'm going to do it. I'm going to ask her for the Gala. This year is the Disney Dance, and couples are going as Disney duos. I would let her pick. I was thinking this all through as I went to pick her up. He knew that Fitz was taking his girlfriend, Maruca, and Dex had finally asked Biana out. Tam was going alone, and hoping to meet someone there. This guy named Wylie who he thought was cool had asked Linh out. He knew he had to ask Sophie before someone else. As he pulled up to the coffee shop he saw that Sophie was the only person working and she was grabbing her bag and looked surprised to see him. He smiled and tried to act like he wasn't sweating. She got into the passenger seat.
"Thanks, Keefe. Did Biana fall asleep?"
"Foster, you know her too well. I-I was wondering if maybe, you'd want to go to the gala with me?" She looked surprised, then upset.
"Keefe......" She looked upset.
"I get it, someone else asked you, didn't they?" I knew it. Then she shook her head and I was confused.
"Keefe, please don't be mad. I would love to, I really would. But, I got Stina's shift, so I'm closing the night of the Gala. I'm sorry." She looked annoyed, mad, and a bunch of other emotions.
"Oh. I'm sorry Foster, I'll spend the night with you in the coffee shop if you want." She looked like she wanted to say yes.
"No, you go have fun with other friends. It's fine." She sighed. He could tell it wasn't fine. He had an idea.
"Ok. But I'll come and pick you up." Biana will know what to do, that's her thing.
----------------------The Night of The Gala---------------------
(Sophie POV)
I was just finishing up with the ovens when a car I hadn't seen before pulled up. Then people stepped out and I had never seen them before. One with blue hair and a purse, another girl with what looked grease spots on her forehead, and the last guy was tall with black hair.
"Um, sorry but we're closed, come back tomorrow," I said to see if they would leave. Then Keefe's car pulled up, but Biana came out of the driver's seat with two bags. Keefe came out of the passenger seat. The girl with blue hair saw Biana and ran up to her and threw her arms around her,
"Biana!"
"Iko!" I looked back at the other two and they shrugged. I looked back at the two hugging and they had just pulled apart.
"So, this is my adorably annoying roommate Biana. I'm Sophie. This is Keefe. Who are you guys?" The tall guy laughed.
"We know. I'm Kai and this is Cinder." Cool names.
"Did you know the adorably annoying part or her name?" They all laughed.
"Her name. That's all Iko would talk about, Biana, this, Biana that! Anyway, she said something about helping someone. Is that you?" What? Is this about the stupid gala? I look at Keefe, he shrugs.
" I don't know. Are you going to the gala?" I asked. They looked like it.
"Yeah. Iko put the costumes in the trunk. You?" I shook my head.
"No. I had to cover my boss's daughter's shift so I couldn't. If I could though, I would probably go as Belle. Who are you going as?" They looked at each other.
"Cinderella. Thanks to Iko. My other friends are also going as Rapunzel, Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, and Ariel." I nodded.
"My friends are going as Aurora, Jasmine, Mulan, and Tiana. I'm not going." I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around and saw Iko.
"Nope you are. Biana get Cinder, and I'll get Sophie." They shoved us both into the bathroom and Biana grabbed her make-up bag and started doing my eyes. Iko left and came back with two huge dresses. Cinder and I looked at each other and laughed.
About 15 minutes later, we were all ready to go to the Gala. I was nervous. Iko and Biana's dates were meeting us here and taking them to the ball. The girls stepped out of the bathroom to see all of the boys there and dressed up as well. Keefe's jaw nearly hit the floor, and I laughed. I got into his car and we drove off towards the school and my doom.
(Keefe POV

After the girls dragged Sophie and Cinder away, Kai and I went to the guys' bathroom to change. He had this red and white suit with gold accents, while I had on a blue one with gold accents.
"Wow. I never knew that Iko lived here." Kai said. I smirked.
"I bet you never knew a lot of things. Like how awesome my hair is." I said. For some reason, he groaned.
"You're just like Thorne," I smirked again, and he glared.
"This Thorne person must be pretty cool if he's like me." Kai gave me a pointed look.
"Don't get your hopes up." About 5 minutes later we emerged from the bathroom to see Dex's car pull up and another one right after. They both got out and looked at each other weirdly.
"Who are you?" They asked simultaneously. They both face-palmed and sighed together as well.
"I'm Biana's date, and my name is Dex Dizznee," Dex said, but they were both unaware of Kai and I smirking as the conversation continued.
"Who's Iko?" Kai and I laughed. They both turned to see us. Then their jaws dropped and we turned around, to have the same reaction. All four girls came out looking beautiful. But Foster was gorgeous. I mean, Biana, Cinder, and Iko all looked good. But the way her blonde hair framed her face, her golden flecked eyes popped, and her gown flowed around her, making her movements graceful. She laughed when she saw my reaction. I offered my arm and she walked up and took, she also saw Dex and waved. I took her to my car and opened the door fo her like the gentleman I am. Then I heard Iko call: "Race you!", and Sophie hurries up and I run around to the driver's seat, and we zoom off. As soon as we arrive, I look and see the school was all decked out in cheesy but elegant decorations. Of course, we won with my excellent driving skills. I heard Dex and Kinney arguing, and Cinder and Iko and Kai were making small talk, but it all faded into the distance as I offered my beautiful date my arm and we walked into the school together.
