Danny getting prepared to take the blow ,building up his energy ,felt a fast breeze past him. He looked to where it went and saw a flash instead hit Carrie. Making her let out a tiny scream of pain. Danny flew to her with a white face from shock slowing growing to a face with rage and eyes glowing green. He placed Carrie down on the water tower and told Dani to keep an eye on her.

Desirée: " I warned you not to test me boy"
Danny: " that wasn't just an hit was it?"
Desirée: "it was a warning!"

As she said that phrase with a smirk it on made Danny more angry. But he knew he couldn't let his emotions get the best of  him. That's what she wanted to play with him before she did her worse. But before desiree could finish her next move Dani snuck up behind her grabbing her and shocking her. Making her fall down with shocks going through her body making it harder to move, Dani stood over Desiree with a thermos getting ready to suck her up.

Dani:"Any last request?"
Desiree: " alaca baba"

A blast of green mist covered everyone vision and like that she disappeared. Triggering Dani to cough,She put away her thermos and flew to see Carrie still conscious. She put her hand on Dannys shoulder gesturing him to move and let her look. She kneeled down to see Carrie trying to cover up something on her side. She moved her hand and saw a puncture wound with ecto goo oozing out. "Let's take her to your parents" Dani said in a calm voice not trying to panic Carrie . Danny grabbed Carrie and flew with Dani to fentonworks. They flew down to the lab and placed Carrie on a surgery table.

Dani: " we should call your mom she had a doctors degree"
Danny: " no we can help her ourselves if she sees Carrie like this it'll worry her more about the ghost attacks more"
Dani: " Carrie's health is more important than some ghost Danny!"

Before Danny or Carrie could say much more Maddie came downstairs and saw all three in the lab . Carrie especially hurt from the expression on her face. She rushed to Carrie to see what's wrong

Maddie: "Carrie are you okay? Why are you bleeding?"
Dani: " we got into a fight with a ghost and Carrie got hit really bad"
Maddie: " well I'll take a look at the wound where is it?
Danny: "her side it looks punctured"
Maddie: "if it small it's nothing to worry about , well then you guys can wait upstairs while I'll help Carrie down here , make her some tea to help with her pain"

With that Dani went upstairs to prepare something for Carrie. Danny's stayed downstairs refusing to leave. Maddie put on some gloves and a mask to starts and examine the wound. She lifted carries arm to get a better look. The damage was small but something was Inside of the wound . She got some tweezers and a tray and took out little pieces of green glass fiber. She bandaged the wound but cleaned it first and sewed it. She looked up at Carrie and Danny "well it was small like I said but I'm going to test what these green glass fibers are made of "
Carrie: " thank you ms.fenton..."
Maddie: " no worries dear you rest up, as for you Danny I think patrolling should be put off for a bit. This hit was small but next time it might not be..."
Danny: " I understand what your saying mom but we have to do patrols, Carrie can rest or just stop going . That's yo to her But we have to capture these ghost"
Maddie: "Danny what if that ghost didn't just hit Carrie but hit you with twice the hit and damage?... just think about it hun. Goodnight Carrie"

Danny sat there in silence with thoughts running through his head. Carrie was there awkwardly not knowing what to say but decided to say "maybe she's right... you should be more careful" she placed her hand on Danny's but he still wouldn't look at her. "Danny can you please look at me"
Danny held her hand and sighed

Danny: "I'm sorry I just don't know what to do , the ghost have Become more violent lately and I don't know why"
Carrie: " well maybe those fibers she found on me will have an answers"
Danny: " wait a second come with me"

Danny got up and went to a closet pulling out a microscope and a sample tray. Carrie got up and cleared a space on a lab table. Danny placed the fibers on the tray and looked under the microscope. "Thorns?..." he looked closer and it seemed the fiber to be mixed with plants and from ghost ecto from the hit residue. Danny thought of why plants would be inside of Desiree's dna.

Carrie: "what'd you find Albert Einstein ?"
Danny: "there's plant particles in the fibers but that's mean it's have to be in Desiree's dna too"
Carrie: " I'm pretty sure she sticks to a only wishes diet"
Danny: " if any of the ghost have this inside them that could make them to Become more violent.
Carrie: "well there's always tomorrow, you have class in the morning don't you?"
Danny: " and a quiz too ugh,I haven't studied much"

Carrie walked closer to Danny and hugged him.
"Well you always do good so need to worry"
Danny smiled to hear Carrie say that. Danny liked Carrie a lot anyone could see that. He loved how she inspired others and her bubbly personality. He couldn't ask for anyone better, but whenever he thought of his future he always thought it'd be him and Sam. But as of right now the present was him and Carrie . That's all he had to think about and focus on. He took Carrie upstairs to go drink her tea but snuck a kiss on her before they made it to the living room to join Dani and Maddie. Everything was fine again as it should be...

Unknown: "well looks like one piece of the puzzle had been solved but another piece of mine is still needing to flourish before she's ready to take control..."
