"You're standing too close."
"What?! I'm not even near you, dumbass!"
"Did you just call me a dumbass-"
"Boys," The teacher glares at Soonyoung and Jihoon, forcing the two to shut their mouths and walk to the opposite sides of the classroom. It was the same in every period they shared; teacher forces them to stop arguing, both sit on opposite sides of the classroom, and they glare at each other for the rest of the period.
"Will they ever stop?" A boy whispers to his friend. His friend, Donghyun, shakes his head sadly and focuses on the teacher once again.
"Jihoon, stop throwing paper at Soonyoung."
"I didn't."
"Yes you did!" Soonyoung yells from across the classroom. Sighs escape some of the students and Jihoon stands up, his hands clenched into tight fists at his sides.
"What are you going to do about it, hm?"
"Cut your balls off, how about that?"
"You wouldn't dare."
Soonyoung leaped over the desks and just as he was about to grab Jihoon, Donghyun pulls him back and drags him to his seat. Jihoon stood in his spot with a smug smile on his face and watched Soonyoung get pulled back to his spot.
"Sit down, shortie," One of the boys next to Jihoon demanded. Donghyun and the teacher facepalm at the same time and Jihoon gives him a look as if saying 'really?'.
Jihoon and Soonyoung had a weird relationship. They both hated each other's guts to the end of the ends of the earth, but if someone else insulted one of them, the other attacked.
"Did you just call him short?" Soonyoung slowly stood from his seat. The boy shrugged while Jihoon stepped away.
The boy was flung from his seat and towards the wall and the teacher sat at her desk calmly. It happened often last year so she told herself she wasn't going to do anything the next year. If someone insulted Jihoon or Soonyoung while they were both in the same room, then it was their fault they weren't warned.
"So class," The teacher ignored the calls of help from the boy who was being attacked by Soonyoung. "Let's continue with what we were talking about yesterday."
The class continued as it usually would (except the boy left the room to the infirmary with Soonyoung going back to his seat proudly) and the only interruptions was Soonyoung being called to the office.
The secretary looked at him in disappointment once he entered the office. "Let me guess; someone insulted your soulmate again?"
"Yep."
They were specifically put in different dorms for various reasons, despite being soulmates.
1. They argued and constantly fought, which would cause fights with dorm mates.
2. When put together, they could burn a dorm down.
3. Once someone gave the smallest insult to one of them, the other would suddenly appear and send someone to the infirmary.
A question that nearly every student asked themselves whenever seeing Soonyoung or Jihoon attack someone was, 'why aren't they suspended?'
Jihoon came from a family of music producers with himself being one of them. Soonyoung's family were dancers, and both families had plenty of money to spoil the kids, plus make sure they weren't suspended.
Which is why they got away with everything.
