Sometimes when all seems to be crumbling, and you literally feel as if life's not worth living. And rather than soothing ourselves with positive thoughts, we end up tracing every negative thought possible.
And we lay their with the thought that we are purposeless, and we begin to depress ourselves. And I know it's hard to positively portray ourselves in these times. But if that's all we've got, then that's what we should do.
I mean, it is very understandable that if a living creature is use to something occurring casually, it becomes part of a habit/addiction, they begin to have. And once a living organism has latched onto something, they begin to think; "That's it, no moving on from here, this is who I am". But that's no true, we CAN move on from things that occur to us. And our past, should only be a memory, either good or bad.
Our past should never define, who we are now. Our past just builds us up, we've moved on from who we used to be. Or we're on our way. Either way, we should never hold onto the negatives that bring us down.
And sometimes in that moment, all you need may be a hug, or some motivation, or just someone to listen, or hold you tight, and tell you it's okay,l. But sometimes you should listen to yourself. Both your physical and emotional state, which is acting upon your mental, and spiritual state. And I'm not saying those marks you leave behind on yourself, are your fault, nor am i saying that the growls from your stomach are yours to blame. Or those nasty names you call yourself, within a glance of the mirror, or any object that allow you to see your appearance.
No not at all. So you should never think of yourself in that way, and you should never harm yourself in any way. Because whats going on, is not your fault. You've just been brainwashed with the thought that everything that's going on is yours to blame, without thoroughly seeing things through.
Believe me when I say, you're somebody's reason to get up in the morning, with a smile on their face, you light up someones life. You're the one they think about when they go to sleep, you're the one they think about when they get up. You are a motivation, and inspiration in their life.
And maybe, that's all they have. You.
While you're tangled up, have you ever come across all the good things you've done? Like, the way you were their for that person, when they had no-one else. Or the way your smile lit up, so and so's day?
I doubt you did. You barely ever look back at all the lovely things you've done.
Maybe it's time for a change? Not maybe, it is a time for change.
Stop beating yourself up for every mistake you've ever made, what do you expect? Even Albert Einstein, made mistakes. Who do you think you are? God? No.
You're a human, and like all other humans,you're going to make mistakes. But don't let it get to you, because you still are special and you have a purpose, don't allow your purpose to be misused, or not used at all. You set your goals as high as you can buddy! And no matter how high, you go for it! Even if it escapes this universe. Go for it. Don't let anyone, or anything stand in your way.
