His blue eyes followed the snitch as it passed the slytherin stand. Minerva McGonnigal, the Gryffindor seeker, was close behind it.
Even though she was just a second year, she was extremely fast on her broom.
A few seconds later, she had caught it.
What a surprise.
Mark the sarcasm.

The blonde boy, who was sitting on the Slytherin bleachers, looked up at the clear sky and sighed.
"Another game lost to the stupid Gryffindorks.", Gellert Grindelwalds best friend, Elizabeth Mooning, sat next to him, arms crossed and pouting.
Her short black hair were tied together in a green ribbon.
"Always have to be on top.", she mumbled.
"Gryffindor has not lost a single game this year. It's so unfair. Only because of that bloody good new seeker.", Gellert sighed again.
Great, now he had to listen to her whining all day. Even if she was his best friend, he still thought she was absolutely obnoxious when it came to quidditch.
"I'm gonna go see if Thomas made it out alive.", he said as he waved to her.
"Yeah right, just say you want to stalk your little lover boy. Albus, Right?", his face heated up, as the words left Elizabeth's mouth.
"Hah, yeah right. He wish.", with these few words the blonde boy left to go to the Slytherin changing rooms.
Just before he got there, he dared a look into the Gryffindor locker rooms as someone left. Even though it was just for a few seconds, he could clearly see Albus Dumbledore.
Shirtless.
Their eyes met for a short amount of time, before the door closed again.
"Bloody hell.", he quickly covered his nose. While muttering curse words, he continued his way to the slytherin changing rooms.
"Gellert!!", said Person looked up, with his nose still covered.
"Hey Thomas.", mumbled Gellert.
Thomas Clearwater. Slytherin Quidditch captain and house prefect.
"Did you like the game?", asked Thomas with a lopsided grin.
"If by game, you mean Gryffindor winning and every single other team losing, then yeah. I liked the game.", Gellert answered sarcastically, while rolling his eyes.
"Aw, c'mon. It wasn't that bad."
"Whatever you say, but aren't you supposed to be the captain and notice your teams mistakes?", Gellert asked.
"Well aren't you supposed to be on the team?", Thomas countered.
The blonde Slytherin just sighed. Thomas had to point. Gellert only didn't join the team because he had a better view of Albus from the stands.
"I told you already, I'm not that into Quidditch anymore. I prefer watching over playing."
Gellert felt silly. Having a crush on someone way out of his reach, and from a different house as well.
It was absolutely pathetic.
Gellert hadn't talked to Albus since second year and now they're in 5th. The blonde boy sighed again.
"Hey Mate, you listening?", Grindelwald was snapped out of his thoughts by his best friend waving her hand in front of his face.
"You there?", Elizabeth was standing in front of him, hands on her waist.
"Yeah, Yeah. Was just thinking."
"Oh wow, don't hurt yourself mate.", said Thomas this time.
"Shut up, Prat."
The three of them slowly made their way back to the Slytherin common room.
"Hey uh- Grindlewald, can I talk to you for a second.", a hand was placed on Gellerts shoulder. When he turned around, he saw Albus Dumbledore with a red face.
"Oh wow, You're wearing a shirt this time.", Gellert said with a smirk.
This only let the Gryffindors face turn into the same color, as his red shirt.
"Can we just talk.", the blonde boy nodded and turned back to his friends.
"I'll catch up with you later.", Elizabeth smirked and whispered: "Don't be to loud.", while Thomas said with a stern look: "Use protection."
Gellert just sighed and turned back to the blushing boy.
"Where do you wanna talk?"
"Lets go to the room of requirement.", Albus answered.
And with that they started walking to their new destination. As they opened the door, the slytherin stopped abruptly.
"Oh bloody hell, get a room.", yelled Gellert, as the two people broke apart.
"Can't you keep your hands off of each other for 10 bloody minutes? You were all over each other at the game as well."
One of the two Hufflepuffs looked at the floor in embarrassment, while her partner smiled and said: "oh shut your pie hole, Grindlewald. We all know you two are madly in love with one another and just to scared to admit it."
"So what if we are? Got a problem with it?", Gellert smirked, even though he was screaming internally.
Why'd he have to say that.
Why couldn't it be something like 'Hah as if' or 'Oh please, he wish'.
The Hufflepuff scoffed and dragged her partner with her out the door.
While Gellert sat down, Albus still stood in shock and questions started to cloud his mind.
Did Grindlewald really like him?
Or was he just saying that, so the Hufflepuffs would leave?
And was his crush really that obvious?
"Aren't you going to sit down?"
Albus looked down at the handsome Slytherin boy sitting in front of him. After a few seconds the slytherin said: "take a picture, it lasts longer." and smirked.
The Gryffindors cheeks heated up and he sat down quickly, while hiding his face.
"So what did you want to talk about?", Gellert asked.
"I want us to be friends again, like in first and second year."
Albus looked at the blonde boy again.
"Do you want to be friends again?", Albus asked shyly.
"No.", Gellert answered sternly. "O-oh, a-alright. I guess I'll b-be going th-then.", the Gryffindor stood up quickly, as tears started selling up in the corners of his eyes. But before he could even open the door, he was pulled back by his leg, which made him trip and land on the taller boys lap.
"Don't cry. You didn't even let me finish."
Gellert hugged the Gryffindor from behind and placed his chin on Albus's head.

"I want to be more than friends."

Albus turned his head around, too see if the Slytherin was joking. But Gellert just had a sweet smile on his face, that made the butterflies in Albus's stomach go insane.
He felt a blush creeping onto his cheeks, but before he could even respond, he felt a soft pair of lips on his.
"You're just too adorable to let go.", Gellert mumbled into the smaller boys neck.
Albus faced the front again and looked at his hands.

"I want to be more than friends too.", he whispered.

That's how they sat there for a few hours. Gellerts arms around the smaller ones waist, who was sitting on his lap, legs crossed.

The next day, Elizabeth and Minerva found the two asleep in each others arms. Minerva insisted on letting them sleep, but Elizabeth had already gotten frying pans out of the kitchen. And I think you can already imagine what happened next...
