Blind "Im Changkyun"

Chapter 3

Changkyun arrived at the park with his hand intertwined with Minhyuk. "Do you need anything? Do you want ice cream?" Changkyun shook his head.

"Hyung, can you trust me?" Minhyuk furrowed his eyebrows. "I want to walk alone." Changkyun said. Minhyuk sighed as he gave a smile.

He handed him his white cane. Changkyun grinned as Minhyuk pat him. "I'll be watching from a far." Changkyun nodded his head as he started to walk.

He enjoyed walking alone like this and hoped to do this more often. "Oh, we meet again." Changkyun grinned after hearing the familiar voice.

He then felt a warm hand intertwined with his. "Are you here alone or your friend are with you?" Changkyun grinned as he again pointed to a direction.

"I'm with my friend. But, he watched me from a far." Y/n looked around and met eyes with Minhyuk who's looking at them eagerly. He quickly looked away.

Y/n chuckled. "Shall I walk you around then?" Changkyun nodded his head. Y/n had her arms locked with Changkyun's as they started to walk along.

"Y/nsshi, do you live around here?" Y/n nodded her head and later laughed at herself after noticing that he can't see it. "Yes, I live nearby. How about you, Changkyunsshi?"

Changkyun also nodded his head and grinned. "I'm sorry to ask this, but how did you got blind?" Changkyun smiled as he hung his head low.

"I got into an accident and well, things like that happens." Y/n nodded her head and looked at him with sympathy. "How about you, Y/nsshi? Have you got into anything like those? Or are you facing any sickness?"

Y/n was quite taken aback by his question. "I'm just grateful that I'm alive." Changkyun felt a little disappointed from her answer but decided to not question furthermore.

"Can you get better though?" Changkyun shrugged. He could get better if he got enough money, unfortunately he doesn't own that much.

"I'm fine as long as I'm breathing." Changkyun grinned. He lived with no regrets and that's enough for him. There are things that he missed, but there are things that he got in return as well.

"I'll just let the time pass. If it's meant to happen, then it will." Y/n nodded at his words and sighed, thinking of her own fate. "Time."

Changkyun noticed the tone in her voice and got a little worried. "Am I making you feel sad?" Changkyun furrowed his eyebrows a bit.

Y/n chuckled and squeezed his hand. "Not at all. It's not you, it's me." Changkyun was confused and was about to ask further when he felt a tap on his shoulder.

"Changkyun ah, it's time to go." Changkyun recognized the voice and noticed it's Minhyuk's. "Let's exchange numbers. For Changkyun."

Y/n agreed and exchanged numbers with Minhyuk. "Let's hang out sometime." They bid goodbye at each other as Minhyuk took Changkyun away.

"Changkyun ah, tomorrow might be your chance to get even more closer to her."
