Your favorite couple
It's Mulan and Sheng, actually! Sure, the movie in which they are a couple sucks (I really don't like Mulan 2) but they're set up as actually codependent. Neither one of them overly relies on the other and it's really healthy.
Also Sheng is heavily hinted to be bisexual because he thought Mulan was a man.
