      'I am falling for you'

Sunrise and sunset
all confined to those hazel eyes,
Suddenly looked into mine
which told tales of winter melancholy
and spoke a million lies.

Like the birds in a cage and violin playing
Was your mellow hypnotizing tone
And at midnight you'd whisper in my ears,
like the waves whisper to the soft sand
when we are alone.

Passion shaped like tender warmth,
underneath those amber fingertips
On my bare vulnerable skin just like the touches of sunrise on clear white snow,
The melted wax on my lips.

Those sinful confessions of the desires within us, the hysteria                            Trace the permanent scars left behind by the trauma just like the storm leaves away dust of its existence            When you smile at me with the tint of love in those honey filled eyes, I realise you're the cause of my euphoria.

In this harsh damp atmosphere we are fairly intimate under the constellations
I'm reticent about us, the stories you narrate, the songs you sing, the way your fingers mystically caresses the piano                                                    There is music in your dulcet voice, mixed with torment and fascination.

The wax wings melt
The wings that had once soared high, once dared to fall in love with those hazel eyes, now fade.                              Finally it's time to hide the moisture in those eyes as we wave each other good bye one last time,
A picture of agony painted with no words said.

The wax wings are melting                  Just like when the sun tragically sets when the sun collapses in the lap of the mountains
And the peak embraces its beloved counterpart all inside of it, giving it a taste of its surplus love for each other                                                  The sky is a vermillion hue, resembling an everlasting bloodstain.

Gone are my wax wings
Along with the love I ever had for you
I am gasping for breath, losing myself into the depths of the ocean, but i am craving just one more glimpse of you withal
When you let go of my hand tonight, know that you'll never see me again
But remember for me loving you was worth the fall.
