CHAPTER-13 (Back home)

(No one's pov)

All the four girls finally arrived at their dorm, and to say that they were tired would be an understatement.

They hauled their luggage up to their rooms and both Lisa and Rose, jumped on the bed after entering their room.

"Wah! I am hella tired girl."

Rose exclaimed.

"Me too"

Lisa agreed and turned to face rose.
She propped up her face on her elbow.

"Hey is it normal for me to miss him so much? Even when we just last met around, what 3 or 4 hours ago?"

Rose looked towards her dear friend and replied.

"Yes it is. Don't worry. You are normal."

Lisa smiled.

"Well actually," Rose raised her brow and spoke in a mocking tone.

"You are just normal in that department. Otherwise, i am pretty sure most of the time that there is a screw missing in that little brain of yours."

Lisa glared at her and pounced on her like a wild cat.

"Whose brain are you calling little you little chimpunk!!"

They both tossled on the bed and started laughing.
But their merry time was cut short when someone unexpectedly knocked on their room's door.

Both the girls looked at each other in a question way, but they proceeded to open the door thinking that it might be jennie or jisoo who came to ask for some help.

Lisa turned the doorknob and immediately gasped after seeing who was standing in front of her.

"Mingyu..."

They both were now sitting on the bench in the garden of their college. An awkward silence hung between them.
Lisa did not know how to explain, and Mingyu did not know what to ask an explaination for.

"I called you so many times."

Mingyu began, finally ending the suffocating atmosphere.

"But you only answered once or twice and then hung up the phone saying that you were busy."

Lisa felt the hurt in his voice.
Eventhough she was never able to develop feeling for him, she still had a soft corner for him in her heart.
She never wanted to hurt him, but she lost control on all of her senses once she met jungkook.
She just needed to explain all this to him............but how?

"What should i expect out of this Lisa?"

Lisa internally sighed. Thank god he asked the question first.

She looked at him and took a deep breath.

Ok, she thought, here goes nothing...

"Mingyu, first of all, i am sorry i ignored your calls for such a long period of time. " She apologised and then continued with her explaination.

"I never wanted to hurt you Mingyu. I don't like to hide anything from you. You know i am quite straightforward."

She felt her palms sweat. Not because she was afraid to lose Mingyu as a boyfriend, but because she was afraid to lose him as a friend.

"So as it is, i have a confession to make."

At this Mingyu looked up at her with a confused gaze. He somehow knew where this conversation was going, but he did not want to believe it. After all........
