Chapter 12- ROAD TRIP!

I heard footsteps coming from upstairs, say to herself..

"Oh Julie! I don't want you to sleep late! It's 9:45 AM! Get up and eat you breakfast! Plus.. We're staying by my parents for 4 months! I called your school and then signed you up for online school!"

I heard the footsteps of anger coming from my room, I felt myself coming out of my comfort zone. I tried to opened my eyes, but I get hit that forced my eyes to closed. I felt bruises coming out from my head. I woke up. Seeing my mother smile.

"Finally! Your awake!" My mom hugged me

"Yeah.. Yeah.." I said getting up

I saw what's on the table, cereal..

"A way to get everyone's bodies pumping!" My mom yelled with excitement

"And what's that for? We're going to Dad's gym!" Micheal said rolling his eyes

"Nope! We're staying by my parents for 4 months!" Mom exclaimed in a cheery attitude

"But.. now.. it is May.. I'll miss my education!" I said, feeling afraid

"Don't worry Jewels! I have signed you up for online school! Also Micheal is going to college since we got our money back!" Happily she said

"Where is the college?" Asked Micheal

"In Alabama!" She said in a different accent

I felt sad.. And I was going good with Zeke! I was thinking about that sweet $500! Looks like at sad call..

After eating this plain old cereal, I head back upstairs to call Zeke.

"Zeke?" I asked

"Yes?" He asked

"I'm going on a road trip for 4 months.." I said, depressed

"Don't worry! It's okay! I'll save some money for you!" He said with a smile

He hang up, and I grabbed my suitcase and start packing.

"I need a plan to escape! Maybe that old tactic from 7th grade while me and my family went on a 3 week vacation to Hawaii and they planed that really poor school called "Hickory D. School, Education at its finest!" And I didn't know that the famous teacher that was born on 1877 and died on 1955, Hickory Diniga. Even though I pretended to be a adult, and now I'm 18.. I'm already older!" I thought

I packed up the items for my escape. I was so excited for my escape to home, although I didn't get in trouble when I was 13. Plus I was a immature teen, still now.

After I packed up my stuff, we got into the car at 10 AM. I was pretty tired, so I slept until 2 PM. It was a like a 24 hour trip. We went into a tour van, with a bed and stuff. It takes about 3 days to get to Alabama.. Plus.. that's where Marshall was born! Marshall moved to my town when he was in 4th grade! He seems like the perfect guy to talked too. I met him in 6th grade.

When we got here, Grandma and Grandpa opened the door with a smile on their faces. In the background, I saw there pet cat, Sushi.
