Hitomi Shinso She is the older sister of Hitoshi Shinso of UA's General Studies. When her quirk appeared at the age of four, her parents began to beat her. She became mute to help hide her quirk from others. Her brother was born when she was six. After that, her parents kicked her out saying she was a monster who had to be kept away from her brother. She lived on the streets for almost a year before she was taken in by the League of Villains. The LOV trained her to be an assassin until she could kill without hesitation. After that, they trained her quirk to perfection. She does everything for the LOV that Kurogiri and Shigaraki can't. She is their doctor and engineer. She also does all the shopping since she can make people forget what she looks like. Her only goal in life is to take down the heroes who ignored her when she lived on the streets and to see her brother again. She is extremely loyal, she sees the LOV as her saviors and will do almost anything they ask. She still checks up on her brother from time to time.
Quirk: Siren, Hitomi can hypnotize people using only her voice. Her singing voice is ten times more powerful. From healing to causing physical pain, she can do almost anything with it. Because of how powerful just her spoken voice is, she uses a specially designed text-to-speech device she made herself.

Real Name: Unknown Alias: Harlequin
Quirk: Influence She can minutely control people's subconscious thoughts. This will make them do or say things they normally wouldn't. Due to an abusive past, she is mute. She mainly fights with a giant mallet.
She is a member of the League of Villains. She normally stays hidden.
She had a mostly normal childhood until her quirk manifested. Without realizing it, she was subtly influencing those around her to hate her. It didn't help that because her quirk isn't obvious, everyone thought she was quirkless. Her parents started physically and mentally abusing her. Any friends she had school deserted her.
At 13, her parents slit her throat in an attempt to get rid of her. All it did was destroy her vocal cords and set the police on them. After she recovered, they dumped her on the streets. All For One found her and raised her alongside Shigaraki. She is very protective of him and will do almost anything for him, even kill.
