Chapter 6 - A New Friend

*Turps' P.o.V*

"Okay, I'm going to ask her today! But what if she says no? Well let's just hope for the best" pacing my office. I walked to her office Lewis gave her the other day, knocking on her door "Hello? Cat I need to ask you something" I heard a muffled voice and walked inside

"What's up Turps?" She smiled her beautiful smile

"Well...uh" I scratched my neck "W-Would you...um...like to go out w-with me?"

"Of cour-" She was interrupted by a mad Lewis rushing in.

*Lewis' P.o.V ~Few Minutes earlier~*

I had just finished a good recording with Simon and Dunc I leaned back in my chair "Maybe I should visit Cat? Yeah I might" So I got up and walked out. As I got closer to the door I heard someone talking, I know know it's not right to eavesdrop but my curiosity got the best of me. Its sounded like Turps, I leaned against the door listening in

'What's up Turps?'

'Well...uh.. w-would you...um...like to go out w-with me?' Before I knew it I was inside her office shouting.

*Cat's P.o.V*

Lewis stormed in and shouted at Turps "Dont you dare touch my sister!" And many other rude words, I couldn't take it so I dragged him out side.

"What was that!?" I shouted

"You cannot be in a relationship with Mark!"

"Why?!"

"He's to old for you and I don't want you to!"

"But! Hes only two years older than me and you can tell me who and who I can't date!?"

"Yes I can! Look at me wh-" I didn't let him finish as I stormed out the office.

*A Few Hours Later*

I got up from my seat in the park and wiped my eyes. It was finally my chance to have a relationship but no! My own brother had to ruin it! I started tearing up again as I turned a corner into an alleyway.

"Well well well, who do we have here?" Someone came up to me "A girl like you shouldn't be in a horrible place like this!" I came face to face with the floor, I put my hand to my forehead to find it bleeding . I tried to scream as the man picked me up, covering my mouth and dropped me onto the floor. I cried out as he kicked my stomach, I closed my eyes awaiting more pain. But it never came except the sound of some girl shouting. I didn't really pay much attention because of blood dripping down my head and the pain my stomach gave me.

Soon the shouting died down and someone placed their hand on my shoulder, I looks over to see a girl with long brown hair,, blue eyes and a tanned skin

"Hey, are you okay? I hear someone shouting so I thought I would come see. My name is Elsie Firestone"

"C-Cat Brindley" Her eyes widened

"As in Lewis Brindley's sister Cat?" I nodded "Want to be friends? I can take you home or where ever" She helped me up and I guided her to Lewis' house. She knocked on tbe door and it opened

*Lewis' P.o.V*

I paced the room worrying about where Cat is and if she is okay,

"Calm down Lewis she is probably just at the shops or something." Turps said trying to calm down

"How can I calm down when my little sister is out there probably lost!?" I screamed at him as he looked at the floor and sat down. One queue someone knocked on my door, I rushed to open it and right there was Cat with some other girl. I pulled her inside saw the big cut on her forehead and bruises all over the body "Oh my god Cat! What happened?!" Turps asked

"I was walking then some boy called Trent attacked me.." Turps pulled Cat into a hug as I cleaned her cut. I went to put the aid kit away and when I came back they had fallen asleep together. I might be able to get used to this I though as I took a picture. Then I got in bed next to Hannah and fell asleep.
