"Heyyy!"

Everyone from Karasuno had started to pile off the bus, with Hinata falling flat on his face after he impatiently sprinted off. That might have been because Kageyama was once again pissed at the middle blocker for pulling him along when there was bound to be a accident. "Dumbass,"

Karasuno was in front of Nekoma High School, the Volleyball team right in front of them. "Kuroo-San," Daichi greeted, shaking the other Captain's hand. Almost instantly, their aura's clashed creating chaos, and they both smiled deviously, leaving Suga sighing behind them, putting his hand to his grey locks in exasperation.

Yaku walked over to him, and they started a small conversation based on the simple fact that both their teams were crazy. They went to walk away but as soon as they turned around, the exact same expressions were on Coach Nekomata and Coach Ukai's faces', and It was way scarier then what Daichi and Kuroo had going on.

Sugawara and Yaku just walked away, not wanting to get caught in that. "Coaches," Both Team Mom's™ said at the same time, before looking at each other and laughing.

"Yamamoto-Kun," Both Tanaka and Nishinoya greeted him, looking at him with a straight face. Yamamoto straight-faced back, but only four seconds later they were in tears, hugging each other like it had been a lifetime since they last saw each other. "Is Kiyoko-San still single?" Yamamoto asked with the most seriousness in his voice when they broke up, and Nishinoya nodded happily. "And we must keep it that way!"

"Kenma!"

Hinata ditched a scary Kageyama after grabbing his two bags, and went to Kenma. It was almost comical, how Hinata bounced over, his hair flying everywhere and his black team jacket flailing behind him. The ginger was really excited to see his friend. He was excited in general. "Shōyo... Hi..." Kenma said, not really used to Hinata's excitement.

Sure, Kuroo knew how to talk with enthusiasm, and Lev got excited easily, but it wasn't like Hinata's excitement. Said first year started talking about his bike ride to Karasuno before they left Miyagi, when he suddenly stopped talking. Huh?

"Wait," he said out loud, and took off his bag with his Volleyball things in it. "Oh no..." he said when he confirmed whatever it was he was looking for. His face fell flat, and he almost looked nervous. "Is everything... Alright?" Kenma asked, looking at the ginger, slight concern on his face. "Dai-Chichi and Bakayama are going to kill me! Kenma! You have to help me!" Hinata yelped, and suddenly it was like everyone was staring at him and Kenma.

Great.

"Hinata. What happened," Daichi said, and Hinata visibly gulped. He felt Daichi's absolutely terrifying dad-aura behind him, and didn't even bother trying to hide the truth. Death by your captain was scary. "I-I left my V-Volleyball shoes at home..." He murmured, and Kageyama was about to go off.

"Hinata! You absolute dumbass!" He yelled, his murderous glare burning a hole through the Ginger's soul. In the back you could see Tanaka, and surprisingly Tsukishima laughing with him at the poor first year. "The King goes off on a mere commoner, how hilarious." He exclaimed, a smirk on his face. Before Kageyama could get his hands on the Blonde middle blocker, Daichi spoke up.

"Well. I guess you're going to miss the first set because you're going to buy new shoes," Daichi informed, and Hinata almost looked depressed: his brown orbs went dull at the sound of missing the first set, and his expression was really guilty. It only made Takaka, Tsukishima, and now Lev laugh even harder.

"Dumbass Hinata!" Kageyama yelled again, and was being held back by Sugawara and Ennoshita at this point, the two males trying to get the angry milk-man to calm down. "Shōyo... I could take you... to get shoes..." Kenma said to the upset male, and instantly he brightened up.

"Really! Coach Ukai, Coach Nekomata-San, can he?" Hinata asked, his brown eyes lighting up like stars. Nekomata laughed, and nodded his head. "You better take your things inside first," He chuckled at how fast Hinata sprinted inside the School and to their sleeping quarters.

Karasuno would be staying at Nekoma High for a total of five nights for a practice session. The next day, Fukurōdani and Aoba Johsai would be coming to join them. But today it was just Nekoma and Karasuno. Hinata felt his hair in the wind as he sprinted to the nightroom his team would be staying in, dumped his stuff, and grabbed his wallet.

He sprinted out, and almost ran down the sidewalk until he realized he didn't know where to go.

Haiiii!
When I first started thinking of a Haikyu book I immediately wanted it to sorta have Hinata as a centre. I ruled out Kagehina (Kageyama x Hinata) because for some reason I don't like the ship that much. I was thinking about Daisuga (Daichi x Sugawara), but then I would have made the book a AU to fit, and I don't really like those as much either. Jeez, I sound so picky now... 😞
I have a thing for rare-pairs, and decided on Kenhina (Kenma x Hinata), but there are going to be other ships as well (CoUgh cOuGh dAiSuGa). Oh, and if anyone is OOC or something needs clarifying, pleaseeeee let me know.
