She lived alone.

She lived in isolation.

She lived happily.

She had no one to depend on, and she loved that, but a particularly rainy day changed it all. She rested in her little cottage as the fireplace warmed her home perfectly. A nice cup of coffee in between her grip as she listened to the raindrops fall on the roof above her. Soon after, she was disrupted, three hefty knocks were heard on her wooden door. Nearly scaring her to death.

Her heart rate went through the roof. She wanted to pretend that this was an abandoned home, but she couldn't; the smoke from the fireplace proved that someone was living in there.

"Please help!" a voice called from the outside.

[y/n]'s stomach dropped; she now felt obligated to help the person on the other side. She got up from her chair, and with each step, she could hear the rain gets more robust.

"Please!" the voice called out once more, sounding more desperate than the last time. She finally grew the courage turning the knob slowly, pulling it open, so she was able to see who was there.

"I-I'm s-sorry to bother, b-but I've been inj—" the charcoal haired man spoke, and with each word, he loses consciousness. Making [y/n] swing the door open, quickly catching him in her arms when his body finally gave out.

"Oh god, oh god, oh god," she mummers pulling him towards her bed.

"H-Hey! W-Wake up! C-Come on now at least tell me your name!" she begged, as she placed him down on her bed. She quickly examined his body, trying to see where the bleeding was coming from. [y/n]'s hands began to illuminate green when she found the many injuries. She then straddled the man trying to gain as much surface area as she could.

"Come on, come on, come on," she focused as much of her healing powers into him. Her eyes squinted tightly as she concentrated on keeping his chakra flow moving. If she had that down, his body would slowly start to heal its self. Once his chakra flow began to move, she focused her attention on many gashes on his body.

"What did you do? Fight a bear?!" her body began to ache, it was not used to using so much of its strength.

It went like this for hours; she would move back in fourth with his wounds and his chakra flow. She wouldn't allow either of them to kill the young man.

She couldn't let the young man die.

She was going to save his life no matter what.
