[y/n] was awoken from a sudden drop of water hitting her cheek, her face scrunched up in annoyance. Her hand then touched the sudden moisture, but before doing that, a more prominent drop of water fell onto her.  [y/n] then shot her eyes open to look for why her face was getting wet.

Yet all she saw was a sleeping Itachi, with his side bangs falling onto his face. Her eyes then widen when she realized his hand was draped onto her waist. A blush filled her cheeks and even trailed up to her ears. How could someone look so handsome while being in a deep slumber?

Her eyes scanned the wrinkles that fell from the corner of his eyes. Her head then tilted in curiosity; his face was ultimately flawless, but those to lines stuck out the most. Her eyes then bent into a sadden look. She then remembered the meaning of those lines; people who bore such lines are those who are under extreme stress and have tremendous pressure on their shoulders.

She wouldn't doubt his life wasn't a walk in the park. He's an Anbu of the hidden leaf village, currently M.I.A. or presumed dead for all she knew, but yet he's never once complained about his life. Not like the spoke about it either, but he did make it known how much he loves his little brother. [y/n] understood that his little brother is his everything, and Itachi would kill to keep his brother safe.

[y/n] was then snapped away from her thoughts by another drop of water hitting her cheek.

"Tch!" she then looked up to the ceiling and noticed there was a new leak in her rugged roof. A deep sigh leaves her lips. She knew it was time to start fixing it.

"I did say I'd fix the roof before leaving, so don't stress out about it," Itachi spoke with his raspy morning voice, [y/n] then felt his hand leaving her waist. She bit her lip at the lack of his touch, she didn't know what she was feeling, but she knew she wanted Itachi to stay.

"There's no rush," she mumbled, but another leak opened up but Itachi.

"I think there is," he chuckled once the droplet hit his head.
