Here's some similarities between this story and Umaru Chan.

The story has the same idea of a lazy imouto in the house with a beautiful smart highschool teen who's said to be perfect in anyway.

Some parts of the story May reference umaru chans story lines as this is like a literal copy of the manga/anime.

Being fat is impossible.

Differences.

Instead of a big brother.

The story will have a big sister who has a job of writing manga.

Chuun has four forms
Toddler,Loli,Teen,Adult

Umaru has two.
Idk if UMR counts (Umaru's Gaming Look when she plays in those arcades or she hangs out with Sylphynford Tachibana) but if she does.
Three.

Karin. The Onee-san has patience for Chuun.

So she won't scream at Chuun at times unlike Umaru's Onii-chan

I won't copy the whole story of the manga/anime I can come up with my own. But some things I need to copy as well such as the beach and going outside as its neccecary for like. Literally everything
