" Wait, how did you find out??" Kiara was so unbelievably happy, to her best friends were alive!!! " I was, um, at my house, and um, the phone rang, so I picked it up, and it was Sara!" Pope stuttered, trying to get the words out. "Oh my God!" Kie said, smiling so big you would of thought she had one the lottery. She pulled both jj and Piper into a hug, and of course they hugged her back. " So, where are they?" JJ asked. " The Bahamas! Can you believe it? That's where the gold is!" Pope basically screamed. " No way!!!" Kie and JJ said. Kiara turned and looked at her watch. "Shit! I'm supposed to be working in 5 minutes. I have to go." She said " Ok, how about we meet on the dock tomorrow at 2:00?" They nodded"Cool" "Ok, I'll see you guys later!" Pope said and then left. Kiara turned to leave, grabbing her bag. "Kie, wait." "Yeah JJ?" He looked nervous. She wondered why. "Um, do you mind if I... stay with you for a while?" He said, looking down at his feet and glancing back up at her. " What do you mean?" She asked. She thought she knew what JJ meant, but she didn't want to assume anything. " Like, live with you for a while?" He said. " It's just, I don't want to go back home, and there's no other place I can go." He looked down, ashamed. Kie walked over to him and pulled him into a hug. " Of course JJ." She pulled back and looked into his eyes, only to see them watering. She started to tear up herself and pulled him back to her. "I'm sorry." He said, his words muffled, for his head was buried in her shoulder. She kissed his cheek and said, " You have nothing to be sorry for JJ." While looking into his eyes. " Come on, lets go home." She smiled at him. He smiled back "Ok." She grabbed his hand and they ran towards her house, laughing more than they have in a long time.
