interviewer: hello, everyone! today i'm joined by our favorite australian actress, everybody welcome kaitleen black!

kaitleen: aww! thank you so much for having me!

interviewer: please, the pleasure is all ours. thank you for joining us today kaitleen. it's a pleasure to be talking to you this fine morning. so what are your plans for today?

kaitleen: well since it is 8 am, i woke up an hour ago and i'm just getting ready to go to set.

interviewer: oh yeah, this is so exciting! last week's episode was amazing, cassandra is so bad ass! we're so excited to see more of her in the vampire diaries. can you spill some details about your character?

kaitleen: well, i can't really say much without being fired. [she chuckles]. what i can say is that she's definitely going to have a big role in the show.

interviewer: woah, a big role!

kaitleen: yeah, that's exciting!

interviewer: wow i like it. will she have a love interest perhaps?

kaitleen: [she laughs] damn, that i can say! no one actually knows besides me, julie and the amazing writing crew. so, yes she most definitely will. it will be one of the salvatore boys.

interviewer: wow, the salvatores! can you say which one?

kaitleen: unfortunately, that, i cannot.

interviewer: well that's a bummer. so, what's going on with you ms. black? i think we've all seen your latest post with your former co-star. care to
elaborate?

kaitleen: oh yeah... well, yeah that's that.

interviewer: so, how long have you guys been together?

kaitleen: we've actually been together for 10 months and as you and everyone else know, we've kept our relationship very private to the media. only my close friends and family know that me and tyler are actually together. i find it special that no one really knows the details of our relationship, you know? like they don't know when we started seeing each other, they don't know when fell in love with each other, they really don't know anything and i like for it to stay that way.

interviewer: damn, well that's something. although, there has been rumors of you and a newer co-star getting together, would you like to share?

kaitleen: you see the thing about those rumors, they're just that. rumors. i think the reason i actually revealed that me and tyler were together was because of these silly rumors. people have been 'shipping'? is that what you call it? sorry, i'm old. anyways, people have been shipping me with everyone! wether it's ian, or paul or even dylan or anyone of the opposite gender. i think people seem to forget that it makes me and tyler very uncomfortable. so, i guess i wanted people to know that i am spoken for so that they could maybe stop with all of this. people have slut-shames me too, is that the word? yeah, people
refer to me as a slut, or a whore just for posting pictures with my guys friends.

interviewer: yeah, people need to stop making false accusations. although, there have been some pictures leaked of you and fellow
cast mate ian somerhalder.

kaitleen: [she sighs] yeah, you see those "leaked" pictures are just me and my good friend getting drunk and having a good time together. i just wish people would realize that you could have fun with someone from the opposite gender without being attracted to them.

interviewer: nicely said, kaitleen. so i think i can speak on behalf of everyone that we already love cassandra and we can't wait
to see more of her.

kaitleen: you and me both, friend.

interviewer: well, we'll let you go now. have an amazing rest of the day!

kaitleen: thank you!

interviewer: bye, see you next time!
