Fear Creator- After touching someone's skin I can make a mirage of sorts where the victim can see their worse fear. I can see it too but unlike them I can see the real world too at the same time.

Side affects- The more I use it the more afraid I become. I can mix up reality with the 'nightmare'. And I get nightmares of what I made the victims see.
