3 years later....

i watched the sunset on my daughter's face she was perfect in every aspect. moving back to West Africa was the best thing for me to i did really enjoy the peace there but moving to jamaica was on a different level of beautiful it was amazing this is what felt like home for me. 

"Alina come on inside" i yelled as my daughter beautiful hair flowed in the wind 

"okay mada" she shouted running toward me since we had been in jamaica so long i guess you can say but for me not even close im still that ghetto girl from the Bronx. all my baby knew was the African code and i adored her for that 

we both walked side by side to the house it was amazing here i guess, and as for me and miracle we still talk closer than ever she comes out and visits all the time. from my knowledge, she was looking for houses out here. which i was really excited about that now Alina get to be with her favorite cousin and everything just worked out fine i mean for me for the most part.

we had kept walking and talking about her day at school before i smacked dead into some making me and alina fall on the ground

"my bad im so sorry miss," he said looking at me the look of shock spread across his face my heart started pounding out of my chest

"i do," i smiled kissing him i was actual getting married he grabbed me kissing me patiently this moment was perfect very much so overdue we needed this royal was turning 10 soon ( p.s i didn't keep track with royal age so im just going to say ten)  Kiara was turning 12 and his oldest daughter was 13 they all sat front row at the courthouse this was one of the best feelings in the world 

"i love you so much," dave whispered in my ear making me smile like a kid in a candy store. 

"mom you guys really did it," 

"yeah i hope you are happy royal let just hope to my mom doesn't happen to your mom" Kiara scuffed making royal look back at her no me and Kiara weren't the best of friends but me and diamond were. i blame that all on Layla bitter ass she wants a father for those kids and sense she can't have the man that will do that she puts all of these awful things in Kiara head. royal jerked away from me running off making me give Kiara a death glare that could kill many.

"you had no business saying that to him and you need to stay in a child's place"i snapped at her making her storm off probably going to tell her mother but she wasn't going to whoop my ass so i wasn't afraid. dave came back just as happy as ever we both sign our papers and left the courthouse before Layla and Nicole jump out of there car yelling at dave drawing attention to us 

"one thing a bitch that is not her mother talk to my child an kind of way" Layla shouted making dave run and cover her mouth they both sat to the side going back and forward i rolled my eyes this was supposed to be my day and here i am about to fight i wish tay was here right now. even though i know she vowed she would never step foot back into this city i needed her too. because the life she fled from i was now living it baby mama drama on my wedding day getting married in a courthouse in secret to no one's knowledge this was not how i pictured things my name always in some bullshit i guess i need to protect my peace.
