Kar's POV
2weeks later
Today was the day I'd be returning to India. The day I'd get to meet Shiv these 2 weeks had mainly been a lot of FaceTiming and Skype. My flight was a midnight flight so I couldn't talk to Shiv. I decided that I'll go to her hostel and surprise her. Reaching home I quickly freshen up and change into my sweats and grab my car keys whispering to Rahul that I'm going to meet Shiv. Driving along the highway all I could think was about the past six months with her.
Suddenly a blinding light flashes in my direction, I squint at the light to see a huge truck coming my way. Slamming my brakes I felt that my brakes aren't working. All I could hear next was the shattering to glasses me lurch forward hitting my self on the road.
Through my bloody eyes I saw 2 people standing in front of me I couldn't identify them.
Closing my tired eyes I saw Shiv's face and her smile before drifting into darkness shushing I could see them again.

Shiv's POV
I woke up drenched in sweat, wiping my eyes I saw that I was in my hostel and on my bed. That was a horrid dream but feeling scared I grab my phone and call Kartik it was not reachable inwardly cursing I call Rahul and inquire about Kartik.
Rahul seemed surprised that I called and told me that Kar had left to come see me. I told that he has not reached here yet. Promising to call me be back he said he would find out where Kartik has gone. Tensed I pace my hostel room annoyed Anjali wakes up and asks " What's wring bro"
I explain to her that I had bad dream about Kar being in an accident and that it felt so real and that Kar's not at home and he has not reached her yet.
I hear my phone ringing checking the caller ID I see that it is Rahul, with shaking hands I attend the call.
"Hello Shiv I have something to tell you don't panic. "
"What is it Rahul ??"
" Kar's been in an accident and is admitted to Renai hospital. "
"What!!!! I want to see him Rahul can I please come please Rahul."
" Okay come by the back entrance. Hurry "
"What happened Shiv" asked Anjali
"Kartik's been in an accident Anjali I'm scared. I told right that dream felt real. Ohh my god it was I can't believe it. "
" shh....Shiv don't panic let's do to the hospital okay shh it'll be alright"
On the way to the hospital Anjali clasped my hands with hers to soothe me. All I could do was pray and ask all the gods I know to make him alright.
