Elizabeth's pov

1 week later

I was sitting in the living room holding Luca, when Clint came stumbling into the house supporting a man who looked around the same age as me. I stood up and Clint set him down. I went into the kitchen and saw Laura. I quickly handed her Luca and rushed into the other room with a medical bag. Clint sighed, "he's fine he needs rest." I frowned, "who is this? Why did you bring him here?" Clint sighed, "His name is Pietro, he will be staying here and taking shelter while the world believes he is dead." I frowned, "why?"

That's when I heard a throat clear. I spun around to come face to face with my dad. He sighed, "I know this is a lot to ask of but he isn't safe in the real world." Pietro groaned, "v-vhat about v-Vanda?" Clint grabbed his hand, "I'll take care of her. Don't worry. This is my soulmate, Elizabeth, she will help you heal and keep you safe as long as you protect her, my ex-wife and my children." Pietro nodded, "o'v course."

(I cant do the accent thing I am so sorry I know I'm terrible!!!)

Violet came down the stairs and gave us a confused look before she saw him. She froze on the stairs and grabbed her chest as she sat down. Pietro frowned, "m-my soulmate i-is h-here." Clint frowned, "Vi, come here." She slowly stood up and walked over to us. She sat on the table and Pietro gave a soft smile, "H-hello b-beautiful." Violet had tears in her eyes, "I-is he going to be alright?" Pietro gave her a sad look, "I-I'll be fine." Violet gave a small nod. She was shaking it was obvious she was terrified of meeting her soulmate like that. I pushed Clint out of the room to give the two privacy.

Violets pov (surprise!)

I felt my entire body shaking as I looked at my soulmate who looked almost dead. He sighed, "i-I v-vill be fine, beautiful." I shook my head, "y-you don't know that." He reached for my hand which I quickly gave him. He gave me a soft smile and ran his thumb over the back of my hand, "e-everything V-vill be okay, my little love." I sat next to him on the couch and closed my eyes. He smiled, "I-I promise, v-ve vill be okay." I shook my head, "y-you can't promise that." He sighed, "my love," he opened his arms and I laid down in them. He sighed, "this is perfect."

I heard Liz say, "Clint, calm down. She's 15 she isn't a baby anymore." "El," Liz sighed, "stop this right now. He's injured and needs her. It's the only way the heeling process will speed up." Dad huffed, "and-." I didn't hear him finish his sentence because I drifted into a blissful sleep.

My eyes fluttered open and I felt a hand going through my hair. I heard and felt a chuckle, "my love," I tucked my face deeper into the pillow. The pillow chuckled, "my beautiful violet, I knov you are avake. Open those eyes." I huffed, "'no." He kissed the top of my head, "alivight i vill let you sleep." I smiled, "mhm thank you." He chuckled again.

Elizabeth's pov

I walked into the living room to see violet and Pietro asleep on the couch. Lila ran into the room and screamed as she saw the two. Pietro jumped ready to defend His soulmate but Violet just groaned, "Lila," Justin was holding Lila before Violet could finish her sentence. Cole grumbled, "what's with the yelling?" Laura came running out of the kitchen and Clint was standing behind me holding Luca as soon as the scream left his daughters mouth.

Cole raised an eyebrow, "who is this and why is he so close to Vi?" Clint sighed, "all of you calm down." Lila pointed around Pietro, "He's strangling Vi!" Justin bursted out laughing, "Lila, he's not strangling her." Lila tilted her head. Justin kissed her forehead, "he's giving her snuggles like I give you." She nodded, "ohh! I'm sorry I screamed." Violet sat up and smiled at her sister, "it's okay. Why don't you come say hi?" Justin put Lila down and she ran over to Violet and jumped in her arms. Violet smiled, "Lila, this is my soulmate, Pietro." Lila tilted her head, "like how Justin is my soulmate?" We all looked at each other shocked. Justin more so than anyone else.

Violet smiled softly, "how did you find that out?" Lila giggled, "because I get tickle sparks when he holds me. I feel safe with him and happy." Justin smiled and blushed softly. He walked over to them and bent down in front of the two sisters, "Lila, why didn't you tell anyone you knew?" She tilted her head and shrugged, "I thought you already knew. It's not a secret." Cole started laughing, "dude, she just confirmed that your an idiot." Lila crosses her arms, "don't call him that." Justin chuckled, "hey, why don't we go get some breakfast?" She nodded, "can we have pancakes?" Justin smiled, "of course." Cole wiggled his eyebrows at Violet, "I get the first coffee." Violet groaned and sighed, "fine. Can you get me a cup... please?" He huffed, "only because I'm the best big brother." Violet rolled her eyes, "sure." Clint chuckled, "Pietro, we should probably try getting you up and around for a little today." Pietro scrunched up his nose, "how about a shower first?" Clint nodded, "I was going to suggest the same thing."

Clint handed me Luca only to leave the room for a few minutes and come back with Cole. Cole and Clint both helped Pietro stand up and get him up the stairs. The man still was injured but you could tell he was healing 10x faster than a normal person which is great especially since Violet is going to give him a run for his money with her fear of meeting her soulmates. Not that I can say anything I was the same way when I met mine.
