Fanfiction #1: Spill the Tea

"Good morning." I greeted as I entered our club room. It's break time and I decided to drop by here. I immediately saw Jamie, flirting with Loki. I don't know why, but that scene suddenly made my blood boil.

"Meow."

Hindi ko napansin na nasa paanan ko si Freya so I picked her up, placed her on my lap as I took the vacant seat beside Alistair. I started rubbing her tummy and she seems like it.

"Lori, Loki and I make a perfect a match, aren't we?" Jamie asked. I shot her a venomous glare and answered, "Yeah."

"My my! You're giving me a deadly glare, Lori."

I just continued playing with Freya, ignoring what she said. I could feel all of them are staring at me right now.

"Lori, is there something wrong?" Al asked. I looked at him and there's a hint of worry on his face.

I honestly don't know why am I feeling like this. Ang bilis kong mairita nitong mga nakaraang araw. Lalong lalo na kapag nakikita ko si Loki at Jamie na magkasama o naghaharutan.

"I-I'm fine." Maikli kong sagot. I glanced briefly in Loki's direction and I just saw him leisurely sipping his tea.

Wait, tea? I knew it!

(Yesterday)

"Lorelei!"

The cheerful and sweet voice of Rosetta caught my attention. Kapapasok ko palang at siya agad ang unang bumati sa akin.

"Oh, Rosetta. Why? Is there something you need?", I asked her as I placed my bag on the desk of my chair.

"I have something for you." She said excitedly.

She handed me a box of tea. "Heartsleeve fruit tea?", I murmured as I read the name of the product.

"Yes. I'm not fond of drinking tea kasi and I remembered you so I'm giving it to you instead."

"Are you really sure? You're giving me this to me?" I asked her.

"Yes! Galing yan sa antique shop, the owner gave it to me for free. Bumili kasi ako sa shop ng panregalo para sa mom ko."

I smiled sweetly at her and thanked her. Rosetta is really a sweet girl, imagine buying her mom a gift. I wish I could also do that. Bago pa ako lamunin ng lungkot, dumating na ang prof namin kaya naman nagsimula na ang klase. Noong uwian, dumiretso agad ako sa apartment at tinry ang tsaa na bigay ni Rosetta.

I'm sipping my tea when I felt a hot air behind my ear. Nagulat tuloy ako at bigla kong nalagok ang kalahati ng tsaa ko.

"Ang init!" Sigaw ko. Lumingon ako at nakita ko si Loki. "I'm sorry." He said.

"Ano ba kasing ginagawa mo sa likod ko?!" Singhal ko sa kanya.

"I'm just curious about the tea you are drinking. It feels different. Where did you get that?" He asked suspiciously.

"It's from Rosetta. What do you mean different?"

He just shrugged his shoulder and pouted. "I can't tell. That tea is just giving me different vibe. Weird."

"Sabihin mo lang kung naiinggit ka, bibigyan naman kita eh. Hindi yung pati tsaa, inaaway mo." I chuckled.

"Sorry. Trust issues. But I really don't know, Lorelei. I've seen and tasted different kinds of teas, but that one is completely unique and weird feeling based on its smell, thickness and colour."
