Fanfiction #2: The Reunion (2/3)

Ugh, my head really hurts. My eyes are too heavy at the moment that's why I couldn't open them. Teka, nasaan pala ako? Pamilyar sa akin ang texture at lambot ng hinihigaan ko. It's my bed, so that means I'm in my condo. But how? Inihatid kaya ako ng driver namin hanggang dito?

I also remembered seeing Loki last night. Is that real or just a dream? Sana totoo nalang, I wanted to see him badly.

"Mmmm."

I mumbled, as I tried to open my eyes but they're really damn heavy. Curse you, alcohol. Suddenly, I felt a hand landed on my forehead. I flinched when I felt that. Damn! I'm with someone.

I forcefully summoned my eyes to open. Naniningkit pa ito sa una dahil sa sinag ng araw, pero bigla itong nanlaki nang makilala kung sino ang kasama ko dito.

"LOKI!"

I shouted. I even gasped and hastily tried to sit on the bed, still staring at him. I felt dizzy and woozy but his hand suddenly touched my back, supporting me.

Napatingin ako sa suot ko. I'm still wearing the red tube dress pero wala na ang denim jacket. Tinanggal niya siguro. Biglang nanlaki ang mata ko nang may ideyang pumasok sa utak ko.

"D-Did we do s-something last night?" Pautal utal kong tanong.

Nakita ko ang pagtataka sa kanyang mukha, maybe he's trying to interpret what I have said. He looks serious and kinda confused now. I just stared at him. I noticed some changes in him. Medyo tumangkad siya, at fit na siya. Pero ganun pa rin ang kanyang magulong buhok at ang kanyang bored expression.

"Are you asking me if we had sexual intercourse last night?" Nagtatakang tanong niya sa akin, at naniningkit pa ang mata.

Pakiramdam ko ay namula ang aking mukha. Naisip ko tuloy, baka may girlfriend na siya and he's doing nasty stuffs with her! Huhu I kennat!

"Yeah." I answered him, looking straight at him.

His serious face has suddenly turned into mischievous one. He even gave me a naughty smile. "Aren't you a detective, Lorelei? Why don't you try to answer the question?"

I glared at him. Pinilit ko na rin tumayo, mabuti nalang ay nagawa ko. Pinakiramdaman ko ang aking saril, I'm actually assessing if I'm feeling something weird. At nang napagtanto kong wala at sinagot ko siya.

"I don't feel any pain down there, so maybe we didn't do it."

"Are you disappointed?" He asked with a smirk on his face.

"You're unbelievable, Loki. Maybe I just missed so many things, I could hardly recognize you. Parang naging naughty ka na ngayon. Why? Did you get yourself a girlfriend? Tapos bakit ka nga pala nasa condo ko? At bakit ka nasa Manila? Diba sa Pampanga ka nagpatuloy ng studies mo?" Walang preno kong pagsasalita.

"At... What are you doing last night sa bar?"
Pahabol kong tanong.

I saw his lips formed an amused smile. Mukhang nagulat siya sa kadaldalan ko, well ganun nga talaga, people really change. Maybe I've changed lot too but hey, ako pa rin 'to, si Lorelei na mahal na mahal ka, Loki.

"First off, I don't have a girlfriend, my dear Lorelei. I just got mature and open-minded, that's why I can be naughty sometimes." He paused and chuckled.

"Our family attended a family reunion here in Manila yesterday, and my cousins wanted to hang out with me so I accepted their invitation. I'm a little lonely since Luthor is not with us today, he was left in Pampanga. He needs to do something really important."

Napakunot ang noo ko sa sinabi niya. Si Loki, malungkot kasi wala si Luthor?

"I know what you're thinking, Lorelei. It's not like I miss Luthor, it's just that I felt bored because I can't bully him."
