THIRD POV

Ushijima is practising with Shirabu, as he was about to do his powerful spike, someone rushed in and blocked his spike, "Damn, that spike is hard, man."

Ushijima and Shirabu were surprise about this, "How did you do that?", Shirabu asked, "Oh, you know I just go for my instincts and went with it. I'm M/N L/N, a second year.", M/N said

"My name is Ushijima Wakatoshi, and this is Shirabu Kenjirou.", Ushijima said, "How come I never heard of you?", Shirabu asked, "I'm from class 3.", M/N answered.

"I was wondering if I can join your club?", M/N questioned, "Since you blocked my spike, I will let you join the club.", Ushijima said, "Wait, what?!", both M/N and Shirabu said.

"Ushijima-san, are you sure about this? What if he's not good enough?", Shirabu tried to convince him, "Actually, I have experiences in volleyball from my old school.", M/N said, "Really, which school?", Ushijima asked

"Nekoma.", M/N said, "So you're from Tokyo.", Ushijima said, "Yep, and if you wondered why I transfer is because my parents need to move.", M/N said. M/N signed his application slip and Ushijima said, "Welcome to the club.", and they shake hands.

TIME SKIP

As the day goes on, the team already accepted M/N as a teammate and the coach was glad to have an another player, but he doesn't show it.

After practice is done, they changed their uniforms and went to their dorms, "Hey Wakun, wanna go out?", M/N asked, "I don't usually go out.", Ushijima said.

"Come on, just this once, please.", M/N said, Ushijima sighed and said, "Alright, I'll go out with you." M/N cheered, hold Ushijima's hand and dragged him.

"Where are we going?", Ushijima asked, "To the cat cafe.", M/N answered. They arrived at the cafe and went inside and pets some cats.

They order their food and drinks and they eat it, after they're done, they payed the food and play with the cats.

They left and walk to the park, they sat next to each other and M/N said, "So, what do you think about our date?" "This is a date?", Ushijima asked, M/N chuckled and said, "Yeah, I wanted to ask you out on a date, but I'm nervous."

"It was nice, but why me?", Ushijima questioned, "Because I like you more than friends.", M/N answered. Then M/N kissed Ushijima on the cheek and blushed.

Ushijima said while blushing, "I like you too, M/N", and smiled a little, M/N hugged him and they went back to the dorm.

BONUS:

"So, how your date with Ushijima-san?", Shirabu asked, "It was great, we went to the cat cafe, the park and that's it.", M/N said.

Shirabu nodded and continued doing his homework, "How's your date with Semi?", M/N mischievously said, then Shirabu throws his pillow on him and blushed.
