Horns/Spikes/Claws: they have short, straight horns. They have a cloudy mane in place of spikes, that runs from the top of their head to the tip of their tail. They have short, flexible claws.
Body Shape: small and very lightweight.
Other Appearance Details: instead of scales, they have thick, fluffy fur to keep them warm.
Abilities: they can move clouds with their powerful wings, they breathe out a thin mist, which they use to hide in and to communicate, depending on the colour, density and how it the mist is. Can walk on clouds.
Rare/Special Abilities: animus magic. The ability to communicate with birds, and any other flying creatures.
Strengths: flight, shaping clouds, being stealthy
Weaknesses: fighting
Kingdom Name: the Kingdom that Floats in the Sky
Kingdom's Location: a huge cloud that floats to the north of the kingdom.
Kingdom's Climate And Geography: always at least slightly windy, but there is never any rain, snow or hail, since its too high.
Palace(s): the Cloudy Skies
Other Buildings: all the buildings are made from shaped clouds, so there aren't too many.
Other Kingdom Details: in spring, when the clouds become stormier, the tribe stays on the ground with the GlassWings.
Tribe Relationships: higher classed females choose who their mates will be first, and whoever is left tries to find a suitable partner.
Relationships With Other Tribes: they aren't seen with other tribes often.
Attitude Towards Hybrids: they loathe them.
Attitude Towards The Queen: they appreciate her, but would rather follow the LightWing Queen.
Attitudes Towards Dragons With Rare/Special Abilities: they accept them quite easily, but some are neglected.
Common Personality Traits: fierce, brave, cunning, quick-thinking
Eggs: eggs have very soft, fluffy shells, so they need to be kept with an adult dragon at all times. The eggs are the colour of the dragonet inside them, and hatch at around 1 year.
Dragonets: at the age of 2, they're sent off to school, and can train with LightWing  professionals. 
Battle Style: they like to swoop in from above, startling their opponents.
Other Culture Details: females are seen as higher in the rankings than any males, except for the dragonets. This means that the males ranks are even lower than their own dragonets, which can sometimes end in conflict.
History: they were originally a subspecies of the LightWings, but their kind bred with the GlassWings, resulting in all the known tribes of Fengári other than the GlassWings and LightWings.
Other: they can tell if someone is trying to read their mind. No one knows how or why. It just happens.
What they are named after: either birds, types of clouds, or to do with the sky. The name "Cloud" isn't plausible.
