"be my girlfriend." lisa blurted out as she reached the front desk of the coffee shop, chaeyoung looking a little startled since she wasn't expecting lisa to come in so randomly.

"girlfriend?" chaeyoung felt her cheeks heat up. she was used to lisa coming in and saying things that should make her blush, she had become quite the professional in not blushing, but this time she couldn't help it.

"so what do you say?" lisa bit her lip slightly. they had been talking for a while. and by talking, she meant mainly hanging out almost daily and kissing, but it still was something friends wouldn't do. "we've been out a few times, they were nice, right? dating wouldn't be a bad idea?"

chaeyoung bit her lip, she was about to say something but stopped when seeing someone behind lisa, waiting to have their order taken.

chaeyoung motioned lisa to go sit down before she took the customers order, quickly making them coffee and handing it before she took off her apron and made her way over to lisa.

"sorry about that, didn't mean to hold up the line." lisa smiled slightly. "so um, about what i had asked, sorry if it just came out of no where and probably creeped you out."

"it didn't creep me out." chaeyoung smiled as she took a seat in front of lisa. "i mean, i have to give you some credit. you've actually put up with me for quite a while."

"definitely." lisa chuckled softly, biting her lip as she looked over at chaeyoung who had a small smile on her lips, her chubby cheeks showing slightly.

chaeyoung opened her mouth to speak but stopped when lisa quickly brought her hand up to shush her. "hold on, i need to tell you one thing before you make a decision."

chaeyoung nodded her head slightly as she leaned back in her seat, looking over at lisa who had a quirky smile. "do i know you?"

chaeyoung furrowed her eyebrows.

"because you look a lot like my next girlfriend."

chaeyoung playfully rolled her eyes, a small smile making its way to her lips as she looked over at lisa. "well, in that case, you do know me."

"wait, really?"

chaeyoung giggled softly and nodded her head, quirking up an eyebrow as lisa stood up and quickly made her way over to where she was sitting and hugged her tightly. "and it only took a couple of shitty pick-up lines!"

chaeyoung playfully rolled her eyes, a small blush on her cheeks when realizing that people were looking at them but that didn't matter when she felt lisa press a small kiss to her lips.
