Chapter 6

Jailyn POV.

It was already noon and we could see the fourth village, we arrived at the village and I bought some food for Kwaai and me, when we were eating a little boy came to us

“is this your lion?” he said with wide eyes

“yes, this is my lion” I smiled at the boy

“can I pet him?”

“sure, go ahead”

the boy approached Kwaai a little bit scared and petted him on the head, Kwaai seemed to have enjoyed it and had a happy expression on his face. Then the boy said his goodbye's and ran to his mother. I stood up and walked with Kwaai following me. We had been walking for four hours now and then I saw the mountain that my father is on, Kwaai and I walked up the mountain. When we arrived it was a little dark outside, we arrived at the gate to the monastery, Xeng stood in front of the gate and walked towards us and looked surprised at Kwaai.

“is that a lion?”

“yeah his name is Kwaai”

“you have a good hearted lion with you miss Jailyn” he smiled at me  

“thank you Xeng, but is my father around?”

“yes, but you know you can't see him” he said with a sad look 

“yes I know, but this is really important!”

“I'm very sorry, but under any condition he's not allowed to see anyone”

“hmmm.... but is my sister around?”

he looked at me and shook his head no. But if she's not here then where is she......NO they couldn't have got her, maybe she's at home, I turned my back on Xeng and ran as fast as I could home dragging my hair along the way, when I arrived, there was a tall broad shouldered man with red-brownish hair in the house. I was filled with anger and fear, I ran towards him and took a flying kick right at him and he fell to the ground I pinned him down.

“Where is my sister!!” I shouted at him

“JAILYN STOP!!” 

I heard a voice behind me and turned around

“Zulyn...” I whispered to myself

I ran towards her and hugged her tight, I couldn't contain my emotions and tears streamed down my cheeks like a waterfall.

“I thought they took you!”

“Jailyn your alive!” she began to cry

“of course I'm alive!”

I let Zulyn go and wiped her tears from her cheeks, then she wiped mine away

“Jailyn, where were you?”

if I tell her that I was in a dungeon she would freak out and become even more scared and start to cry again.

“I was in another village..... But why didn't you go to father?”

“well I was running and then I heard you scream very loud, so I wasn't looking were I was going and fell down a cliff and bumped my head and fell into a very deep sleep and when I woke up I had lost all of my memories, so Leo the man you kicked in the face has been taking care of me and several other men”.

I was lost for words and turned towards the man I kicked, his chin was all swollen up,

“I'm so sorry! I thought you were one of the bandits” I said to him apologizing

“it's fine, you were just thinking of your sister” he said smiling

then five other men ran inside
