“Jailyn did you stay up all night?” it was Leonardo
“yes I have to find a way to heal her!” Leonardo handed me tea
“drink this tea and when your finished with it go to sleep, okay?”
“I'll drink it but I'll take a nap later” I gulped down the tea as fast as I could, then read through the healing book looking for a healing spell, I tried them all but none of them worked.
“Jailyn why don't you go to sleep now!” Leonardo said worriedly
“no... I just...have to...... find a way...to save mother!” I said in a sleepy voice
“if you go to sleep now you can concentrate better on the healing later!”
“no..I”
“Jailyn please just go to sleep!”
“...fine...” I laid down on the floor and closed my eyes
“your gonna sleep on the floor?”
“mhm!” I barely heard him and fell asleep quickly. I dreamt about all the fun moments I've had with Zulyn and when I taught her about our powers, when she injured herself and I healed her and when she was scared how I would sing to her and when Zulyn gave me flowers on sister's day.
I woke up and thought about those moments, then I realiest the point of healing is kindness and love. I ran as fast as I could to find Zulyn and of course she was with Bob playing badminton outside,
“Zulyn!” I called out to her with a smile, she stopped playing and ran towards me,
“what is it Jailyn!” she asked curious
“I know how we can save mother!”
“Really!! how?”
“why do we heal others?”
“umm....” she didn't have a clue why, so I told her to think of the times we have spent together,
“how do you feel when you think about those memories?”
“I love it, and all those memories show how kind you've always been to me....but what has that anything to do with our healing powers?”...oh god she doesn't get it,
“Zulyn think about it carefully!” she stood there and thought while scratching her head then she screamed of excitement
“LOVE AND KINDNESS!! VAMONOS!” then she ran into the monastery
“what did she just say?” Bob asked confused
“I have no idea” I chuckled and ran after her.
