Now making their way in peaceful silence to the park , Oikawa glanced to the ginger who was tapping away on her phone , occasionally smiling or giggling.

Looking away from the ginger , he decided to stop being such a scaredy cat and start a conversation.

However , compared to all those times that he was able to easily spark a conversation with a girl , this felt different . For some reason he felt ...nervous and almost ... hesitant ? One could even say he was ... shy ?

It all felt new and strange to him , so the second his palms started sweating anxiously and began annoyingly sticking to each other he was struck and confused .

" I - so " he barely spoke .

But due to the unfortunate quiet setting they had , Hinata heard and was quick to speak .

" So Oikawa , were you just going to play alone or what ? " Hinata sarcastically spoke in a teasing matter .

" ahaha , no . Actually , the teams playing a game today against each other . We kinda ...missed each other you know " he softly spoke , his eyes wandering somewhere else with a smile plastered on his face .

Hinata watched the affect of her question .

She felt kinda bad . She knew Oikawa was a great setter , player , and captain . And however, they lost against them . Never being able to go against Shiratorizawa.

Feeling bad , and kinda awkward , Hinata decided to break the silence once she spotted the park entrance and spoke up .

" Race you Great king ! " she shouted before dashing pass the setter .

Watching the small ginger , Oikawa smiled before he himself began running to catch up .

" I win ! " Hinata panted heavily , with both hands on her knees .

Slowing down and panting , Oikawa looked to the ginger .

" Fine , Fine . But let's walk from here , Iwa-Chan is waiting and he's probably ahead " he spoke , pointing to the direction of the volleyball net a couple of meters away from them .

There he could see the distant figures of his teammates warming up and spiking .

" oh , is that them over there ? " Hinata questioned as she glanced at the boys spiking balls into the hard concrete .

Oikawa nodded and began running to them.

" Guys I'm back ! Did you miss me " he cooed .

The team groaned before continuing to warmup .

" please Shittykawa , if we had missed you , we wouldn't have tried calling Shiratorizawa to take you for free " iwaizumi spoke with a plain face .

The team held their laughs and looked away , laughing through the comfort of their shirts or their fists .

However due to a very melodic like giggle they stopped to turn to the direction of a certain ginger who clenched her stomach.

Iwaizumi froze as he admired the pretty ginger .

" Trashykawa , whos this ? " Iwaizumi asked blushing .

" OH ! so um long story short , Chibi-Chan got stuck in the wrong place with the wrong person at the worst possible time and Um he's a girl now " Oikawa spoke quickly , rubbing his neck afterwards .

Recovering from her laughing state , Hinata slowly breathed and turned to the gawking boys .

" Also , If it's not a bother , The great king kinda invited me to play with you guys , if that's ok with you all ? " Hinata shyly spoke, looking down playing with her fingers .
