Step one: Go to your 'My stories' page.
Step Two: Click on the story you want. You have now come to a page like this:

- To move the chapters from one place to another click onto the three lines (in the orange circle) and drag it to where you want.
- To delete a chapter press the three dots (in the yellow circle) and select delete part
