Tonight was to be your first real party since you moved to your new school. You were surprised when Taeyong first invited you, he was a senior and you barely knew him at all. But at the end of the day, the popular, known-by-everyone Taeyong didn't care who showed up – he was only concerned about having as many people there as he could. Lights, drinks, music, he'd have it all.

It was safe to say you hadn't exactly been to a real party at all, let alone at your new school. If you were honest, you weren't exactly the party type. But hey, you had basically had a completely fresh start since moving. New school, new friends, a new you. Why not try something out?

You flicked on your last scrap of mascara and pulled your hair out of the head band that was keeping it out of your face while you prettied yourself up. Hearing a ding at the door, you slipped on your sneakers and ran down the stairs to meet the door. Chenle was just in time, standing right outside wearing an oversized denim jacket over his classic plain white tee.

"Hey!" you said, excited.

Chenle's grin grew once you stepped out the door and he had full view of you all done up.

"You look great," he said.

"You're not so bad yourself!" you replied, nodding your head down at the little number he had put together.

"You ready to go?"

"Yeah!"

Chenle walked you down the footpath and let you inside the front door to his car, opening it up and closing it for you after. The car ride wasn't long, but it felt like it took even less time while you and Chenle sat blasting music the whole time, singing along.

You finally arrived outside Taeyong's house, which seemed more like a mansion to you. The night was dark, but there were coloured lights everywhere and screams and cheers coming from nearly every direction. You'd have to drive for miles to escape the booming of the bass from the speakers.

You walked inside, initially a bit intimidated by all the people around. There were a lot of people. But you stayed close to Chenle, letting him lead in front. Soon you found Jeno sitting down with the rest of the boys, each with drinks in hand.

"Look who finally turned up!" Donghyuck yelled out, obviously completely drunk. He pointed to you and Chenle as you both approached the group, barely being able to stay on his own two feet.

"Maybe you should sit down," Renjun said to Donghyuck, standing up and putting an arm around his shoulder to try and keep him stable before flopping him on to the couch in front of him. "Stay there," Renjun ordered, concerned.

"Woof," Donghyuck imitated back, mocking Renjun's parenting. Renjun sent him a scowl, but sat down next to him not bothered to get more involved.

"I'm going to get more drinks, do any of you guys want one?" Jaemin asked, standing up from his seat.

"Yes!" Donghyuck splurted out, getting himself up. Renjun grabbed his shoulder, pulling him back down again.

"NO," Renjun cut him off. "None for Hyuck, please and thank you."

Jaemin chuckled and turned to you.
