this story is based on zayn's let me. i was inspired by the lyrics of the song, and each chapter (as noted by the chapter title) represents a line from the song in telling the story of two best friends who soon become lovers. i really hope you enjoy it, this is one of my favourite songs and this short story can act as a collection of small one shots as well, even while each chapter links up to form a bigger picture.
