.:History:.
It was another day at school, and that meant 14-year-old Tindómiel being picked on by the school jock, Jack. Jack has been picking on Tindómiel since 6th grade and she usually puts up with it, though lately he's been getting more violent and has started hitting, punching and kicking her. Today he had her pinned to the wall by his two followers, Tara and Zac, while he continuously slapped and punched her whilst spitting out torments and accusations at her. He landed a punch to her stomach and she fell to the floor after Tara and Zac released their grip. "You're worthless and don't even deserve to live. So don't cry, I'm doing you a favour." Jack hissed at Tindómiel after she let out a whimper. 'I wish the shadows would just consume me.' She thought as Jack prepared to kick her in the gut. Jack stopped beating her instantly and his friends let out small gasps, for while Tindómiel had her eyes closed wishing the nearby shadows seamed to leap at her, cloaking her in shadow and making it had to see her. When Tindómiel didn't feel the impact of Jacks kick, she opened her eyes to see that she was surrounded in shadows. Using their surprise to her advantage Tindómiel ran, her shadow cover following. "Get that mutant!" Jack yelled, chasing after her. She led them on for a couple of minutes before looking over her shoulder to see how far away they were. The three bullies were hot on her tail before they suddenly disappeared behind a wall. during the chase, she lost her shadows, so as she turned she saw that she was in a classroom full of students all staring at her with wide eyes and jaws on the floor. The teacher took her straight to the headmaster's office where the headmaster called her parents. That was the last day Tindómiel was at that school.
Once her parents had picked her up and brought her home they asked why she was in the office. Unaware that her parents despised mutants, Tindómiel told them everything that had happened. Her parents were in a rage and kicked her out of the house, only letting her pack a backpack with clothes before literally dragging her out the front door. As she passed her brother's bedroom, she saw him looking on with sad eyes before turning away. 'Will I ever see him again?' Tindómiel asked herself. She spent the next week in the streets, begging for food and money. That's when she heard him. 'Hello, Tindómiel. I am Charles Xavier. You are very special and have amazing gifts.' The voice spoke to her inside her head. ' I must be going insane.' She thought. 'No, you're not going insane.' The voice chuckled. 'You aren't the only mutant. I am a telepath and would like to offer you a position in my school for gifted youngsters.' Tindómiel thought about it for a while. Having a place to stay would be nice, and she could keep up her education. There would also be others like her there. With her mind made up, she responded, saying aloud, "Ok. But how do I get there?" 'Leave that to me.' Was her reply and after that, she heard no more for another three days. Tindómiel was beginning to think that she imagined the whole thing when a man in a wheelchair approached her.n"You didn't imagine it." He stated. "I am Charles and if you haven't changed your mind, I'm here to take you to my school." Tindómiel eagerly got up and followed him to a plane. That is how Tindómiel arrived at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters and learnt how to control her abilities.
