You're mad at them

SCENARIOS

They messed up. How they apologize.

Bangalore

The second her words slip and hurt you, she stops mid-sentence. She doesn't know what to do, because she instantly wishes she could take back what she just said. Her mouth would stay open but no words would come out.

She'd awkwardly stare at you, her strong poise slightly faltering, she would break eye contact, look at the ground and slowly begin to talk again;

"I...that...it was...sorry about that."

Bloodhound

"Oh Y/N, I do not mean what I have just said."

They instantneously apologize after saying something they regret, no pauses whatsoever. Before you could even process an angry emotion, they'd try to take back what they said and explain that it was the heat of the moment.

If they feel very guilty, which is really most of the time they mess up slightly, they'd just say

"oh, no, please, I apologize."

And give you a hug before you could even be upset.

Caustic

He simply recognizes his error and constructively explains what was his fault and that he is apologizing for the inconveniences he caused you. He is calm and cool with his apology;

But it keeps him up that night, wondering how he was capable of upsetting you so much.

Although he may never show it, he's conciously trying to be careful around you, to avoid saying anything to upset you again.

"Forgive me. That is a fault on my end. I apologize."

Crypto

Guilt consumes him and he decides to stay out of your radar and drown in regret on his own. He takes hours on end for a day or two in one sitting to hand-write a heartfelt letter that he re-starts ten times. 

"Dear Y/N...no, To Y/N, no , Y/N, I'm sorry, no, no, no...."

There are crumpled pieces of paper all around his desk as he finally finishes a  final product that he likes. He travels far away from where you might be hanging around to get some of your favourite snacks. That night, he folds up the apologetic letter and leaves it by your doorstep beside the pile of snacks, knocks, and runs away. 

Gibraltar

He would annoyingly circulate around everywhere you go, keeping a distance. When you look his way, he'll suddenly turn around and pretend he didn't know you were there. Unlike classic easygoing Gibby, he's tense and afraid but still wants to make sure you're okay. After a while of this, he calls your name as you angrily pass by him and stops you, saying, 

"Y/N, I'm truly sorry." 

Short and sweet, with the most genuine guilty expression on his face. Each word carries weight. He says it with such a heavy heart, anybody would have a hard time walking away from it.

Lifeline

Being crazily busy, she tries to shake off the guilt with keeping herself occupied, but the terrible feelings and the need to apologize the second she sees you again fill her mind all day.

She rehearses what to say when you come around again and make the perfect apologetic speech, but when you really do come around, all she could do was call your name, wave, and smile awkwardly.
