Jeon Jeongguk believes in his grandmother's old faith that this voice belongs to your soulmate, and when you feel the connection, you realise whom the voice belongs to.
This is the voice that connects you to them.
But what if you suddenly feel the connection one day with a person you've always hated?
Kim Taehyung, in his fourth year of college, swaggers around like he owns the place. He's a great bully, and amuses himself and his little gang by ragging freshmen. He's never been in a serious relationship, he's into casual flings and one night stands.

And so, Jeon Jeongguk hates him.
