How about we have a conversation.
Of late I have been thinking so much about you, Just the other day, we celebrated mothers internationally and in a few days coming, we shall be having the International Fathers Day.
I miss you, yes, sometimes I do, for the fact that I have never known how a fathers love feels like.
The last time I mentioned in my letter that I had been looking for you you in every man that came my way, but
Dad, trust me nothing felt like a fathers love.
Dad, it's 23 years since shit happened, and you left your family
How about I tell you how everyone is doing?
I was born 3 months after you died, and I have stumbled, I have fallen a thousand times and I have never forgotten to rise up.
All your girls finished high school, 3 of them became teachers like yourself was
Two of your daughter left us as well, we hope y'all have met
Sometimes we miss our sisters, especially the younger one that left us 7 years ago
All your children except me, got girls that they have named your wife, you can imagine how much she means to them
Anyway, I recently turned 23, I completed my undergraduate , I also wanted to be a teacher like yourself, but the universe never aligned me to that, however, I hope in one way or another, I'll get to fulfill my dreams
They is much I have to tell you, but I hope one day, we shall have a better conversation.
I hope one day, we shall meet.
I hope one day, the dad-daughter moment I have always longed for shall come to pass.
