Rafe didn't listen to me and looked over directly and JJ whose head just came up from the water, "Yo, what's up dumbass?" I shot him an angry glare.
I got up and sat in the drivers seat looking back and waving at Kiara. She waved back.

Pogue's pov
JJ came up from the water, "I think my heels touched the back of my head.."
Kiara hit John B pointing at Rafe who was slowly turning to face us, "Yo, what's up dumbass?"
They all rolled their eyes at his words except JJ, who was admiring the brunette on the boat. As they drove away he got back onto the boat. He turned to looks at Kiara, "Who was that brown haired girl?"
John B looked at him, "Lilliana-Mae Evans, dude. You into a kook."
"I mean she's hot-" Kiara focused her attention on him, "Yeah she's really nice, unlike the bitches she hangs with."
Pope was standing over at the bow of the boat, "Guys..I think there's a boat down there.."

Lilliana's pov

Rafe, Sarah and I headed to the dock to meet up with Topper. I didn't wanna sit with Rafe and Topper so I went over Kiara who was sitting with another girl. "So, where are those boys you alwa-" Just as I finished my sentence the three boys walked over.
I seen a body bag being pulled out of a police boat, "Who is that?" I say pointing over to it. The girl who was with Kiara before hand took out her phone showing us pictures of it, "Dead body." I zoned out not listening to what else she said.
Kiara tapped by shoulder, snapping me back into reality, "Lilly? You good?" I nod my head, "I'm just gonna- uh- go home." I got up and walked over to Sarah.
"Can we go home?" She broke out of toppers embrace and nodded as we walked to her car. "What's up, lils?"
"There was a body found- and the last ones I saw where my brother and mom. I freaked out."
She stopped and looked at me, "Oh, Lily" she pulled me into a tight hug. She pulled away holding me by my shoulders, "Also..we're gonna go to a kegger." I was in the mood to get drunk so I agreed as we drove home to get changed.

We walked to the big bunch of people, it was dark and humid. There was a campfire where all the drinks where. I practically ran over to red cups. JJ handed me a cup, "where'd you run off to earlier?"
"Oh- uh- I just needed to go- you know what? I'm too sober for this." I chugged the beer and handed the cup back asking for more.
He chuckled as he called John B over telling him to take his shift. He walked out in front of me, "Come on." I followed him as we went over and sat near the waves. We talked for what felt like hours. He looked at me, "You're pretty interesting, huh?" I look at him nodding. He was looking at me.
"JJ, what are yo-" He kissed me quickly before pulling away. "I don't wanna be one of your random hookups."
"Then don't be." I smirked. I was too drunk for this.
I leaned in and kissed him, he kissed me back. We where about to deepen the kiss when we where interrupted by screaming and shouting.
I look over before looking back at him and getting up. We run over and see Topper and John B fighting in the water. Shit. Sarah was screaming at Topper. Kiara looked at me, "Wait where were you and J- oh my god!" I shushed her, "Shit he's drowning him!" I run over to Topper and kick him down, "What the fuck, Topper?" He narrowed his eyes at me.
I help John B up before grabbing Topper's collar and bringing him over to Sarah.
I hear JJ quietly say, "Badass." I chuckle at him and look at Sarah, "We're leaving."
Rafe runs up from behind us making us all jump. I slap him. He looks at me, "So you and JJ, when did that happen?" I rolled my eyes. He must've seen me and JJ.
We got home and I ran to my bedroom and went on my phone for a bit and went to bed.
