I woke up to the sound of my father and his friends talking extremely loud at 9a.m. in the morning. Well, wow I guess I just don't matter to him. As i sat up in my bed I felt my head twisting and turning.

I held my head and groaned. I just looked at the wall in front of my view before hearing multiple buzzing sounds from my phone on my nightstand. It was Sarah. 

She was asking me to go have breakfast with her at her house. I put my phone down and got a crop top and denim shorts on and put my hair in a bun. I tried to be quiet leaving the house as I didn't want my dad and his friends hearing me.

I had my sandals in my hand as I walked along the side of the road to Sarah's.

I walked around the side of the house to see Ward, Wheezie, Rose and Sarah eating breakfast. I waved softly at them before she grabbed my wrist, running towards the dock, ''Sarah what are yo-'' She covered my mouth and pointed at a tall figure.

She whispered, ''It's John B.'' As he was leaving Sarah looked at me, ''Okay- Just- Just act chill.''

I giggled and nodded. She walked up from behind him acting surprised to see him, ''Oh, hey. You stalking us? Plotting your revenge?'' She said, making me slap her arm.

I waved at him. He smiled softly at me before leaning against the boat, ''Yeah, why don't you tell your daddy I blew the bilge on the Druthers?''

I snorted quietly, ''What do you need them for, anyways?'' He started to walk back to his boat but continued talking, ''Oh just topping up these tanks. Everything's good to go.''

Sarah rolled her eyes before following him. I heard her say something about his black eye Topper had given him so I ran down to the pair. 

John B was in his boat untying the rope while Sarah leaned over the edge, ''So there's just gonna be a reign of terror on this island now?'' 

I stood there quietly zoning out of their conversation. I snapped out of it hearing John B call my name, ''Oh yeah Lily?'' I looked at him, ''Hm?'' ''JJ says you're a good kisser.'' 

He drove off. As I turned to Sarah, she had her mouth wide open, ''You kissed J-'' I shushed her, ''Just once, at the kegger.''

We walked back to her family and sat down and enjoyed some drinks.

As I was walking back to my house I saw all the pogue's on Kiara's dock, so I walked up towards them.

''Hey gu-'' As soon as I came over they all split up from the tight circle all cursing.

''Well, if you didn't want me her you could've just said so.'' I said chuckling.

Kiara looked at me, ''No- it's not you it's just-'' She looked at the compass. I remembered it from somewhere..I just couldn't think where. Then it hit me, ''Shit, i've seen that before.''

They all looked at me in confusion. John B was still looking at the compass, ''My dad. He has pictures of it in his office. Some weird royal merchant thin- Oh my god. You guys are looking for the royal merchant?!'' JJ walked over to me from where he was leaning, ''You can't tell anyone.'' I nodded.
