I Will Never

I will never be good enough for you
No matter what I do
I will never be yours
And you will never be mine

I will keeping trying until the end of time
But what use will that do?
When I'm not good enough for you
There are other guys
Other girls,
Other fish in the sea

I thought I caught you for a second
But you swam away
So now I will search for you everyday

I will never be what you want me to be
I will never hold you like I would like to
I will never be able to call you mine
I will never give up hope
I will never trust a soul
I could never let you go no matter how hard I try

I don't understand why I'm not enough
I don't understand why no one will trust
I don't understand what's so hard about love
Searching and searching, until I find the right one
I will never find you
